The episode begins with Chandrika pledging to Guruji that she is willing to take up any tough fast to protect her family. As Vasudha arrives with milk and fruits, Guruji declines to eat anything from the Chauhan House until Chandrika’s fast is complete. He instructs her to perform the ritual at the temple and emphasizes that she cannot even drink water during the fast. Vasudha, who overhears everything, silently walks away.

Guruji warns that this fast is essential for the family’s well-being. Chandrika promises to complete the fast with full devotion. After Guruji departs, Karishma expresses curiosity to Avinash about what’s happening. Sarika dismisses her concerns, but Karishma asserts her position as Chandrika’s trusted daughter-in-law.

When Chandrika enters, Karishma questions her directly. Chandrika brushes off the concern and claims everything is fine. Karishma gives her temple prasad, but Chandrika refuses, revealing she is fasting. Devansh and others are surprised. Chandrika says the fast is for Avinash and Karishma’s engagement. Vasudha refuses because of her fast, which angers Sarika—until Devansh intervenes, defending Vasudha and acknowledging her fast for Chandrika’s sake.
