When Hanumant asks Vasudha to let go, Vasudha refuses, saying she saw how Karishma insulted him. Karishma demands Vasudha’s name and threatens Chandrika to fire them both. Vasudha stands firm, telling Karishma not to threaten her, introducing herself, and stating that she neither does wrong nor tolerates it.
Karishma apologizes to Hanumant, but Karishma warns him and Vasudha that their bad time will begin now. She enters the house with her mother. Raghu praises Vasudha for standing up to Karishma, but Hanumant slaps him and scolds him for crossing the line, sending them both to the outhouse.
As Chandrika inquires about Prabhat’s whereabouts, he pulls up on a scooter. While Vasudha and Raghu observe from a distance, Chandrika reminisces about their first ride together. Prabhat invites her to hop on, and they twirl around in a dance, causing Sarika to comment quietly on their never-ending romance. Soon after, Kavita and Karishma show up, and Kavita congratulates the couple on their anniversary. As Chandrika introduces her family to the two new arrivals, mentioning Karishma as an honored guest, Vasudha catches wind of the conversation.
Afterward, Devansh talks about Chandrika and Prabhat’s love story, saying he didn’t bring a gift for his parents because they’d already given him everything. Prabhat tells Devansh that his speech is enough. He then surprises everyone by announcing that Devansh will be the new CEO of Chauhan Industries. Chandrika praises Chandrika’s management and care of him when he is ill, and the crowd applauds. Chandrika says Prabhat has always supported her, and the crowd applauds.
A servant brings out a portrait of Chandrika at Prabhat’s request. Kavita quietly informs Karishma to rule the Chauhan family. Chandrika becomes emotional upon seeing the picture, while Sarika dismisses it as cheap. Prabhat corrects her, saying it is priceless. Chandrika vows to keep the picture safe forever.
Suddenly, Vasudha notices that Chandrika’s saree is about to catch fire. She rushes to push Chandrika out of harm’s way, but the portrait is burned. Angry, Devansh slaps Vasudha and storms off. Sarika accuses Vasudha of breaking Chandrika’s heart by burning the picture while Chandrika glares at Vasudha. Prabhat calms Sarika down, suggesting that it might have been an accident.
While Vasudha explains to Chandrika that she is trying to keep her saree from catching fire, Sarika interrupts, scolding both Vasudha and Hanumant. She points out that Vasudha also violated Chandrika’s rules. Chandrika cuts Vasudha off and instructs Hanumant to send Vasudha back to her village before walking away, despite Vasudha’s assertion that she acted only to protect her.
Prabhat suggests to Chandrika that Vasudha might have been telling the truth, but Chandrika laments that it was the first time anyone had broken her rule, and her guests left without eating.
Vasudha pleads with Hanumant not to hit Raghu, admitting she brought Raghu to the party and only tried to save Chandrika. Elsewhere, Devansh is deep in thought, recalling how he slapped Vasudha.
