Vasudha 24th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Devansh urging the doctor to give Vasudha the best possible treatment, making it clear that money is not a constraint. The doctor asks everyone to wait outside while he examines her. Devansh tries to reassure Hanumant, encouraging him not to lose hope, while lost in thoughts of his past moments with Vasudha.
Savitri soon arrives with Raghu, who anxiously questions Hanumant about Vasudha’s condition. When Raghu insists on seeing her, Hanumant explains that the doctors aren’t allowing visitors. Devansh steps in and promises Raghu that he will take him to see Vasudha shortly.
Inside the ward, the doctor informs the nurse that Vasudha’s condition is critical and instructs her to prepare a new antidote. He gives a prescription to Hanumant, but before he can leave, Devansh offers to handle it. However, Avinash quickly snatches the prescription and rushes off to fetch the medicines.
When Devansh inquires further about Vasudha’s state, the doctor confirms it remains serious. Devansh requests that Raghu be allowed to see her briefly. Once permitted, Devansh takes Raghu inside. Raghu emotionally pleads with Vasudha to wake up, reminding her of her promise to never leave him and expressing how she means everything to him as he never knew his mother. Devansh consoles Raghu and gently escorts him out.
Meanwhile, at home, Chandrika inquires about Vasudha’s health. Prabhat tells her that she is under treatment. Chandrika wants to speak with Devansh, but Karishma intervenes, assuring her that Vasudha will be fine and she shouldn’t worry. A doctor soon arrives with Chandrika’s reports, stating that she is now out of danger since the poison was removed in time, although she still needs complete rest.
Despite her condition, Chandrika insists on going to the hospital. Karishma convinces her to stay and rest. Chandrika then asks Prabhat to go to the hospital in her place, and Sarika offers to accompany him.
At the hospital, Raghu again sits beside Vasudha, emotionally urging her to wake up. He breaks down, calling her his whole world. Devansh comforts Raghu and quietly takes him out, still pleading silently for Vasudha to wake up.

When Prabhat tries to call Chandrika, Karishma intercepts the call and lies, saying it’s spam. Determined to prevent Vasudha’s recovery, Karishma mixes sleeping pills into Chandrika’s milk to keep her from leaving the house.
