Sarika orders Savitri to leave and sarcastically reassures Vasudha that she has nothing to fear from her. However, she then snatches the keyring from Vasudha and wears it herself. Mocking Vasudha’s attachment to the jewelry, Sarika demands she remove Chandrika’s jewels and hand them over, claiming her status as the mistress of the house. Vasudha remains composed, stating that the jewels rightfully belong to Chandrika.
Determined to assert her authority, Sarika begins adorning herself with Chandrika’s jewelry. Curious about Sarika’s deep-seated resentment, Vasudha asks what she did wrong and offers to make amends. Sarika scoffs, stating that the only way to fix things is for Vasudha to leave the Chauhan mansion. She accuses Vasudha of disrupting the household and demands to know why she even came from the village in the first place.
Vasudha calmly replies that she came only to live with her father and reminds Sarika that she too hails from a village. She questions why Sarika despises villagers despite her own origins. Annoyed, Sarika accuses Vasudha of being too talkative and smugly asks if she resembles Chandrika now. Vasudha confidently retorts that no one can ever be like Chandrika, and wearing her jewels does not make one her equal. Furious, Sarika sarcastically asks if Vasudha is paid extra to praise Chandrika, declaring that she will be the next Chandrika.
Meanwhile, Hanumant reflects on Ajay’s outburst. Vasudha notices his concern and asks if everything is alright. Hanumant confesses that Ajay was angry, and he had to apologize to him.
Elsewhere, Chandrika begins to doubt her decision to allow Vasudha to wear her jewelry. Devansh enters and informs her that the distributors loved Vasudha’s photos. He expresses gratitude for her generosity and shows her the pictures before leaving, leaving Chandrika deep in thought.
The following day, Karishma spots Ajay’s supposed parents in a TV advertisement and realizes that Sarika made a grave mistake by hiring actors. Outraged, she calls Sarika and berates her for the blunder.
In Sarika’s room, Vasudha arrives to clean just as Karishma, overhearing her voice, panics and urges Sarika to turn off the television. Sarika fumbles with the remote, which malfunctions, and hastily dismisses Vasudha, preventing her from discovering the truth. Vasudha leaves, oblivious to the unfolding chaos.
Later, Ajay’s mother criticizes Vasudha, accusing her of disrespecting her in-laws by defying Ajay’s wishes. Ajay’s father suggests reconsidering the wedding. Hanumant pleads with them not to cancel it, assuring them that Vasudha understands her mistake. He even apologizes on her behalf. Ajay steps in, calming his parents and promising that Vasudha won’t repeat her mistakes. Ajay’s father reluctantly agrees but warns that this is her final chance. Hanumant advises Vasudha to ensure she does not let Ajay’s family down again.
Ajay’s father then mentions that Vasudha must visit their ancestral temple the following day. Savitri accompanies them to meet Chandrika, and Ajay’s parents are awestruck by the palace’s grandeur. His mother expresses approval of Vasudha. Observing them closely, Karishma grows suspicious of their exaggerated reactions and fears their deception will soon be uncovered.
