When Vasudha and Raghu see Devansh coming, they run away. Devansh asks Savitri to taste the food because he has to leave for a meeting. Vasudha made the food, which Savitri served to him. After trying it, Devansh loves the taste and asks for the same food to be served for dinner. When Sarika walks in, she tells Devansh not to praise the servants because they are only maids. She says mean things about them, and Devansh tells her not to. He thanks her by kissing her hand and then leaves.
Sarika tells Savitri to make her some khichdi because she can smell how good the food smells. Sarika tastes the food secretly and thinks that Karishma will love it after she sends the maids away. After that, she leaves and adds more salt to everything. Both Vasudha and Raghu see her do this.
After that, everyone gets their food. As she starts to eat, Karishma says that she has heard that the food at the Chauhan house is delicious. Avinash tells her that they won’t eat until Chandrika starts. But Chandrika tells Karishma to eat first.
