Vasudha 31st December 2024 Written Episode begins with Madhav pleading with Chandrika for a chance to present his logo design. At first, she firmly denies his request, explaining that she cannot tolerate unpunctuality in her employees. As the security guard moves to escort Madhav out, he begs her for just one chance. Moved by his sincerity and persistence—and acknowledging Devansh’s interest—Chandrika reluctantly agrees to give him two minutes.

Madhav, grateful, follows Devansh and Vasudha into the Chauhan mansion. He begins his presentation, displaying the logo. Devansh and Chandrika are both impressed. Karishma mocks the design, particularly the eyes, calling them unattractive. Ignoring her, Chandrika declares that they have found the logo they’ve been searching for. She instructs Devansh to finalize the contract with Madhav and assigns him the design of all their upcoming products. Madhav humbly attributes his success to the eyes in the logo.

As Mayur calls Chandrika away for a video conference, Devansh congratulates Madhav, who thanks Vasudha for her support. Madhav believes she is the reason he got this opportunity, but Vasudha modestly credits divine will. Devansh informs Madhav that they will discuss the contract after lunch, leaving Madhav surprised. Vasudha explains that he is invited to dine with the family, and Devansh confirms it.

During lunch prep, Karishma yells at Vasudha for making oily food and threatens to fire her. Vasudha calmly tells her that as the future daughter-in-law of the Chauhan family, she is learning each day. When lunch begins, Devansh requests Vasudha to serve Madhav. As she serves, he watches her with admiration, which Chandrika quietly observes. Sarika sarcastically asks Madhav if he’s never had homemade food. He opens up emotionally, revealing that he grew up in an orphanage. Vasudha encourages him to eat well, and Madhav expresses his gratitude sincerely.

Meanwhile, outside, Raghu throws a ball for Gulki, who runs off. Sarika and Karishma gossip about Madhav and Vasudha, speculating about his orphan status. Angry, Karishma vows to throw Vasudha and her father out. Gulki, overhearing this, whistles loudly to startle Karishma, who ends up falling into the swimming pool. Sarika sees Gulki, and Vasudha quickly arrives to take her dog away.

The family rushes to help Karishma out of the pool. When Chandrika asks what happened, Karishma lies and claims she fell by mistake. Sarika reveals that Gulki is Vasudha’s dog, increasing Karishma’s embarrassment. Concerned, Vasudha decides to speak with Chandrika about the incident.

Later, Chandrika shares with Prabhat that she believes Madhav is a good match for Vasudha, as he seems genuine and respectful. Prabhat agrees with her assessment. Chandrika then instructs Mayur to investigate Madhav’s background.

The next day, Devansh looks at Madhav’s logo and reflects that the eyes in the design remind him of Vasudha’s. He remarks that the soul behind such eyes must be just as beautiful. He even says his eyes resemble hers.

Meanwhile, Vasudha sees Chandrika scolding someone and worries that she may have discovered the truth about Gulki.
