Sarika apologizes to Chandrika, who cautions her that another slip-up could result in her eviction. With those words, Chandrika departs.

While Vasudha frantically looks for her earrings, she catches Avinash conversing with Gulki. In a state of intoxication, Avinash inquires how Gulki would react if her marriage were arranged without her knowledge. Sensing trouble, Vasudha urges Avinash to speak quietly. It becomes apparent that Avinash is opposed to marrying Karishma. Despite Vasudha’s attempts to soothe him, Gulki makes a quick getaway.

Vasudha notices Devansh and Sarika close. Upon seeing her, Devansh walks over to Vasudha and enlists her aid to take Avinash to his room. Avinash is on the verge of summoning Sarika, but Vasudha and Devansh hastily silence him by covering his mouth.

After Sarika departs, Vasudha comforts Avinash and assures him everything will be alright. She explains to Devansh that she is hesitant to overstep her boundaries, referencing the concept of “Lakshman Rekha.” In response, Devansh offers to speak with Chandrika about helping her find a job. Despite feeling upset, Avinash tells Vasudha not to concern herself. Following this, Devansh leads Avinash inside while Sarika observes and makes plans to inform Chandrika about him.

Chandrika contemplates her decision to reveal the news of Avinash and Karishma’s wedding in another conversation. She seeks assurance and seeks Prabhat’s opinion, but he also suggests seeking Avinash’s input. However, Sarika interrupts with an update on Avinash’s current predicament, stating that he struggles to decide for himself. Hearing this, Chandrika excuses herself.

Devansh escorts Avinash to his room, where he kindly offers him a glass of lemonade. However, Avinash, still in a state of distress, questions Devansh’s resemblance to Chandrika. Devansh pleads to lower his voice, but Avinash angrily expresses his frustration at always being expected to follow Chandrika’s wishes, particularly when marrying Karishma. Despite Devansh’s attempts to explain that Chandrika has their best interests at heart, Avinash bitterly points out their unequal treatment as brothers, with Devansh being the favored one who receives requests instead of commands. Ultimately, Avinash confesses his hatred towards Chandrika for this reason.

Devansh forcefully hits Avinash, causing him to land on the bed. He questions him about his actions to earn Chandrika’s approval, reiterating that Chandrika’s judgment is accurate and he will not tolerate anyone who goes against her. Unbeknownst to them, Chandrika overhears their exchange and silently departs. Later on, Avinash dozes off while Devansh quietly expresses remorse for hitting him.

Afterward, Vasudha informs Hanumant that Devansh has agreed to talk to Chandrika about finding her a job. In the meantime, Chandrika stumbles upon Devansh’s coat and remembers his promise, filling her with pride as a mother. While examining the coat, she discovers Vasudha’s earrings and angrily tosses them in the garbage before walking off. Soon enough, Devansh also comes across the discarded earrings.

The following day, Vasudha envisions herself working at the Chauhan estate. Her slumber is abruptly interrupted by Raghu’s voice. He cheerfully pokes fun at her while Hanumant reminds her to stop at the temple before departing.

Chandrika has informed Prabhat of her plans to visit the temple, where Avinash and Karishma’s horoscopes will be matched. Avinash receives a glass of lemonade from Devansh, who he asks to empathize with his emotions. He assures Devansh that he will not repeat any previous errors. Chandrika then reveals to Avinash that they will go to the temple to compare his horoscope with Karishma’s. Meanwhile, Devansh realizes that today is when he must speak with Chandrika about Vasudha’s job.
