The Episode begins with Abhimanyu in tears, consumed by thoughts of Manjiri. He takes off on his motorcycle, while Akshara softly hums a tune and puts Abhir to bed. As she goes to close the window, she notices Abhimanyu outside. She joins him and asks about his well-being, mentioning that one can sense when grief is near. He confides in her that he tried to visit his mother earlier, but she had a panic attack after spotting a flame in the kitchen and is now traumatized. Overcome with emotion, he accepts the handkerchief she offers. He also shares that Mahima administered a sedative to calm his mother down. When asked if he saw her, he replies in the negative, to which she proceeds to provide comforting words of reassurance and understanding.
She says only you can end her sorrow, so we decided to share happiness, sadness and chocolate with each other. He asks if she will come and meet Maa, and suggests that if she sings, it might ease her anxiety. She responds by saying she will come with him. He then offers to book a cab, not wanting her to drive alone. She points out that they could take his bike instead, but he insists on leaving it behind and taking the car for her safety. She mentions that it’s difficult to find the car keys and suggests being environmentally friendly by enjoying some fresh air instead. They hop onto the bike together but she doesn’t hold onto him. He looks at her before moving forward and they ride away. Manjiri cries out for Abhimanyu, prompting him and Akshara to come inside. Abhimanyu signals Mahima and Shefali to leave the room. Akshara begins singing “O Maa” as Manjiri relaxes and falls asleep. Abhimanyu stays outside while Akshara turns around to look at him.
The watch falls from Kairav’s bag. Muskaan picks it up. Kairav says the watch belongs to Pallavi, water got spilled on it by my mistake. I insisted on having it repaired. She says buy a new watch for her, she is your special employee and I am your wife.
Upon Mahima’s request, Abhimanyu hands over his resignation letter. Confused, she questions the seriousness of the situation to which he replies that he cannot handle the responsibility and is following Parth’s advice – as a son who can’t take care of his own mother, how can he be expected to take care of others? As he walks away, the other doctors threaten to go on strike if Abhimanyu leaves. Aarohi states that he won’t listen to anyone while Rohan adds that no one can stop him. Abhimanyu quietly packs his awards and files into a box, including a photo of Manjiri and their children. Seeing everyone outside, he goes out and is urged by his colleagues not to leave as the hospital needs him. Despite their pleas, Abhimanyu apologizes for having to break their trust and declares that he must depart.
Upon arriving, Akshara surveys the patient’s details and assures that the boy is not afraid of his doctor, Yamraj. She goes on to share anecdotes about other patients who have entrusted their lives to him. “So many people’s lives are in your hands,” she says, “they rely on you and trust you.” He responds with a heavy heart, “I can’t do it anymore.” Confused, she asks for clarification as she tears up his resignation letter. “You’re a doctor,” she reminds him, “and doctors never abandon their patients. Being a doctor is part of your identity; leaving is not an option. We all put our faith in you and won’t let you go.” Abhimanyu pleads with her not to stop him, but she remains firm. Meanwhile, Shefali and Manjiri are en route. Suddenly, the car overheats and Shefali pulls over to check on it. As Manjiri notices fire sparks from a nearby shop, her mind races back to a traumatic incident involving fire. Without hesitation, she rushes towards the danger zone while Shefali wonders where she has gone off to. Concerned for her safety, Shefali reaches out to Abhim
Shefali summons Manjiri, followed by Abhimanyu and Akshara’s arrival. She explains that the car broke down with Manjiri inside, but she wasn’t actually in the vehicle. She apologizes for bringing her along and explains that they were on their way to the temple, as it was something Manjiri had wanted to do. Akshara offers to go to the temple on behalf of them. They search for Manjiri and Abhimanyu manages to contact her through her phone found on the road, calling out “Maa” in distress. Akshara asks the pandit about Manjiri’s whereabouts, who tells them that she is the woman he saw earlier but hasn’t seen her since. As Akshara prays, Manjiri recalls the traumatic event from before and stumbles along the road feeling faint.

Seeing Dida on the road, Abhir called Muskaan. Akshara asks Muskaan if he did this out of hatred. Muskaan replies that he did it out of love.
