Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 11th September 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Sanjay questioning Manish about his bond with Abhira. Manish stays calm at first but soon scolds Sanjay for insulting her. He declares that his connection with Abhira is from the heart and that he considers her his granddaughter. Sanjay taunts him, saying he got Poddar property along with love and now even a family in charity. Enraged, Manish grabs his collar and warns that Abhira has earned everything because she is deserving.
Dadi intervenes, but Manish asks her to show some affection towards Abhira. Dadi insists that he loves Abhira too much and might be hiding something. Manish explains he is there only to fulfil Abhira’s wish of his presence at the wedding. Meanwhile, Abhira and Armaan sit for the rituals. Manish gifts her shagun, but Ruhi secretly burns an envelope she sees with Abhira. Manisha notices and confronts Ruhi, calling her poisonous. Ruhi admits Abhira is pure like Amrit but denies Manisha’s accusations, saying blame without proof means nothing. Manisha warns her, reminding her that Manish will always stand by Abhira.
Later, Manish takes Abhira to see a puppet show. He tells her he doesn’t care what society says, as he only wishes to make those he loves smile. He assures her she is like his daughter. Abhira emotionally replies that she has felt like family with him from the beginning, which is why she calls him Parnanu.
Elsewhere, Armaan struggles with the pressure of balancing Abhira and his family. Rohit encourages him, saying Abhira is stubborn and that he believes Armaan will succeed. Armaan feels strengthened by his brother’s support.
Ruhi, however, continues her taunts. She claps sarcastically and accuses Abhira of knowing how to control everyone like puppets. Abhira and Manish are left silent at her words.
Precap: Abhira suddenly faints. The doctor reveals shocking news – Abhira can never conceive. Vidya declares that she will never let Armaan marry Abhira after this revelation.
