Sanjay and Armaan argue about the divorce clause in the episode. Armaan says Abhira’s studies are in 3 months, and I won’t lie in the court tomorrow. Dadi tells Abhira that she should forget everything and think of everything Armaan has done for her. She asks, can’t you give a false testimony for his sake? She laughs and says we’ll talk about your mother. Abhira says you said you wouldn’t criticize my mother.
In her chequebook, she says that it’s all signed cheques, you can move on, do whatever you want, give false testimony in court, and I want you to remember your mom’s dream. Krish gives money to Sanjay. He says you earned some money and want to give it to me. Krish says you should keep it well. Sanjay says you will need it; don’t cry to me. Krish agrees. A phone call comes in—krish worries about the fees.
Ruhi prepares a sweet dish, and Vidya arrives. Ruhi mentions that she was making custard for everyone, to which Vidya responds by suggesting that she could have asked for Manisha and her help. However, Ruhi insists it’s alright, as seeing everyone enjoy the dish will make her tiredness disappear. Vidya reminds her that she once wanted to pursue a career, but Ruhi sadly reflects on how her mother, a great doctor herself, never let her feel her father’s absence. She further adds that although she knew her mother’s patients needed her more, it still left her longing for some quality time with Aarohi. Yet, one day, Aarohi never returned home.
As Vidya hugs her, she cries. I decided to give all my time to my family. Family is everything to me, so I didn’t accept any offers and just worked with Manish. When Abhira and Armaan’s issue is resolved, I’ll rejoin Manish’s business again. I can’t live without you. Vidya says I won’t let you go anywhere. Krish says I need money. Kajal argues and refuses to give money.
Sanjay comes. She says Krish was asking for money. He asks did you give him, good, he’ll join soon. Abhira says Armaan was right, and we should make the decision. Armaan comes, and she falls in his arms. He says we should sit and talk. She nods. Madhav falls. Vidya takes care of him. Dadi comes with Armaan and Abhira. Abhira stops Armaan from going ahead. She says you are hurt. Madhav says I’m fine. She says no.
Madhav says I can walk, and I always stay alone. Dadi asks where are you going, you are hurt, you will sleep here tonight. Vidya makes him lie on the bed. Abhira sees Dadi. Armaan asks what are you doing here. She asks him for help getting water. He takes her to the kitchen. She says you look happy. He says Dad has returned to Mum’s room; I will bring you water. Seeing Abhira’s bowl, he looks for it. Abhira says it’s okay. She’s not hungry.
Armaan suggests that we share it. However, she insists that it belongs to me. He then added that he wanted to share it with me and suggested I sit down. She interrupts and asks if I am going to say something. He clarified that Sanjay asked him to lie in court, but he refused because he would never jeopardize our relationship. Despite our arguments, I could never mock our marriage, as I chose to marry you out of my own free will. She responds by saying that this marriage is a sham and everyone will pressure us into getting divorced. But he assures her that our relationship is between us and we won’t let others dictate its fate. We will decide when or if we want a divorce. Although I am upset with the current situation, my main concern is your well-being and future success. I promise always to support you and make things right within our home without causing harm to our relationship.
Abhira sees Dadi. She cries and talks to Akshu. She says, “I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if Armaan will fall in love with me.” She checks the diary. She reads it. She cries and says, “Will I always be alone?” She closes her eyes and thinks from the heart. She recalls Ruhi, Dadi, and everyone’s words. She opens her eyes and cries. “What will I do tomorrow…
