The episode begins with Abhimanyu expressing his surprise at the way our family thinks. Aarohi suggests that he should marry Akshara. Abhimanyu, feeling regretful for his past actions, admits that he doesn’t want to make another mistake with her. However, Aarohi insists that she would be upset if he doesn’t marry Akshara. Meanwhile, Muskaan and Manish get into a heated argument. Kairav reminds Muskaan to watch her manners. She accuses Manish of trying to replace Abhinav with Abhimanyu, believing that everyone wants him gone. Aarohi points out that although their relationship may have started and ended, they can still explain things to Ruhi. But if they only stay together for Ruhi’s sake, they will never be truly happy nor able to keep Ruhi content.
Abhimanyu expresses his concern about not wanting to hurt Ruhi. She reassures him that they will always be there for her and that she will understand if Abhir and Akshara are brought into their lives. He asks if she is comfortable with this idea, to which she responds affirmatively. She admits that after losing Neil, she doesn’t think she can love anyone else, but both her and Ruhi have accepted this fate. She encourages Abhimanyu to not let this second chance with Akshara slip away. He explains that he has become good friends with Akshara and they are co-parenting Abhir together. Muskaan interrupts and questions if their previous display of affection was just an act, accusing them of no longer respecting Abhinav as their son. Abhimanyu explains that he can never fully express the love he had for Abhinav and how much it still hurts him to think about him. He reminds Muskaan to consider how Akshara must feel being alone without a life partner like the rest of them have.
Manish shares his thoughts, saying that Abhinav would also want Akshara to not stay alone. Manjiri asks if they should consider this option. Abhimanyu firmly shuts down the idea and leaves. Manjiri suggests letting him go. Aarohi reminds everyone to think of Abhir and Abhimanyu’s happiness as well. In a moment of vulnerability, Manjiri apologizes for forcing the engagement between Arohi and Abhimanyu. Understanding her pain, Arohi reassures her that she is now content with Ruhi’s father being a part of their lives. Muskaan acknowledges Arohi’s acceptance of a possible marriage between Akshara and Abhimanyu – despite him being responsible for Abhinav’s death. Manish calmly states that despite their differences, he knows Abhinav would support his decision. Surekha smiles at the turn of events, happy with Aarohi’s willingness to consider this new relationship for Akshara’s sake.
Akshara has a sharp memory. When Abhimanyu apologizes for something, she explains that they are both faced with the same issue. She mentions that Aarohi and Ruhi are unaware of it. He then tells her that Aarohi is actually aware of it, but Akshara is doubtful whether she knows the full truth. He asks if she is worried or sad, to which she responds both. He wonders why he should be worried and sad too, since he got rejected by two girls in a single day. Teasingly, he comments on her blushing cheeks. However, Akshara denies this with a “no”. He captures her photo and shows it to her as they enjoy eating corn together. She playfully complains that she was expecting chocolate from him instead. In response, he jokes about anything and everything.
As Abhir opens the cupboard, a box suddenly falls. Upon seeing Abhimanyu and Akshara’s picture, he watches as Manish and Dadi discuss their relationship. Speaking of their son’s well-being, Manish suggests reuniting the couple. Curious about how his parents met, Abhir asks for the story. Manish reveals that they first encountered each other at the lake, where docman found Akshara’s lost bracelet and heard her singing. Suvarna chimes in, mentioning how much docman admired Akshara’s singing and they quickly became friends. Eager to know more, Abhir turns to his Nani for further details.
Surekha explains that an alliance was arranged for them, and they initially thought it was for Aarohi. However, to everyone’s surprise, her mother ended up liking a man named docman more, but she refused to marry him for Aarohi’s sake. Eventually, docman and Akshara became good friends and fell in love, leading to their marriage. They were both very happy, but unfortunately, like with all relationships, problems arose between them. When Abhir asks what happened, Dadi responds by saying that sometimes problems can cause even the most loving couples to separate. This is what happened with Akshara and docman – while she was sad over their separation, he too was affected by it but would only smile when she was around.
Manish shares that while she was feeling lonely, she stopped communicating with us. However, she wasn’t truly alone as she ran into your Papa. Abhir fondly remembers his beloved Papa and calls him his “super” Papa. Manish adds that he was a “super duper” Papa who took excellent care of your mumma during her pregnancy and held immense love for you. Manjiri expresses that your Papa was a kind-hearted person who supported Akshara in every way possible. Shefali agrees and mentions that he was the very best, always wanting you and your mumma to be happy. Aarohi reveals that he even considered reuniting Akshara with Abhimanyu for the sake of his child, showing his selfless nature. However, your mumma refused as you and Abhinav were her family first and foremost.
Abhir inquires if mumma and docman had a strong love for each other. She affirms. He wonders why they can’t love each other again. She apologizes for causing confusion. Kairav joins the conversation and mentions that the elders hold a certain belief, but ultimately, mumma and docman will make their own decisions as they are now good friends who have your best interest at heart. Akshara arrives home and asks about Abhir’s whereabouts. Manish responds that Kairav escorted him to his Dida’s place. She inquires about Abhir’s actions, but he decides not to disclose it and suggests calling Abhimanyu instead. Dadi intervenes and advises against hiding the truth from Abhir, emphasizing that he deserves to know what really happened as it was inevitable.
