Krish assures her that the doctors are preparing for surgery and that the earlier news of her passing was false. Furious at the false reporting, Abhira confronts the media. She scolds the reporters for spreading fake news and urges them to confirm the truth before publishing anything.
Inside the hospital, Madhav instructs the police to take the matter to court. He reveals that the attacker wasn’t there for Dadi but was actually sent to kill Abhira. Everyone is shocked to hear this revelation. Manish asks why anyone would target Abhira. Madhav explains that the Verma law firm had lost the airline contract to the Poddar firm, and in revenge, they hired someone to attack Abhira. Unfortunately, Dadi overheard the attacker’s conversation and tried to raise an alarm, leading to her being stabbed.
Manisha immediately blames Abhira for the tragedy. Armaan steps in to defend her and says Manisha is still obsessed with the issue of the cabin. He angrily tells her to take the cabin if she wants but to stop blaming Abhira for everything. He scolds her for being insensitive, while Manisha accuses Abhira of manipulating Armaan and turning him against the family. She breaks down in tears, and Ruhi tries to console her.

A kind lady nearby notices her unsteady state, checks her pulse, and tells her she is pregnant. Shocked, Abhira says that doctors had earlier told her she couldn’t conceive. The lady assures her that there is no mistake and that she truly is expecting. Overwhelmed, Abhira begins to cry, unable to believe it. She tells herself not to hold on to false hope, thinking it might be a misunderstanding, and resumes filling the pot. Suddenly, she gets dizzy again, and the temple’s red chunri (sacred cloth) falls over her—a sign of divine blessing.
Back at the hospital, Ruhi approaches Armaan and accuses Abhira of hurting Dadi and running away. Armaan, visibly angry, tells Ruhi to stay silent for the sake of her unborn baby. He warns her that if she continues blaming Abhira, he will expose the truth about her actions to the family. Just then, the doctor comes out and informs them that Dadi’s operation was successful and she is now out of danger. Everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Armaan says he will inform Abhira immediately.
Meanwhile, Abhira returns to the hospital. She sees a couple holding their newborn baby and smiles softly, thinking about motherhood. Armaan searches for her. Abhira visits a doctor for confirmation, and the doctor congratulates her—she is indeed pregnant. Abhira’s eyes fill with tears of joy as she says she can’t wait to tell Armaan the good news.
But the doctor stops her and gives her a grave warning. She explains that this pregnancy is risky because of Abhira’s genetic blood disorder. The doctor tells her that she could suffer excessive bleeding during childbirth or even have a miscarriage. Continuing the pregnancy could endanger her life. She advises Abhira to consider termination for her safety.
Just then, Manish enters and reassures her that Dadi is recovering well. He asks her to stay strong and not worry. Abhira nods but feels lost and alone. As she walks out, she sees a man crying beside a stretcher carrying his deceased wife. Armaan scolds the man, saying he should have saved her. The man replies bitterly that he had to choose between his wife and their baby and that Armaan would do the same if faced with such a choice. Armaan angrily says he would always choose Abhira over anyone else.
Abhira watches the scene and imagines how happy Armaan would be if he knew about her pregnancy. She envisions telling him the news—Armaan joyfully hugs her, saying he is going to be a father. But her dream fades as reality sinks in.
In her thoughts, Abhira decides she will not give up on her baby. She tells herself that Armaan deserves a family, and their baby will bring that happiness to him. No matter the risk, she vows to protect her child at all costs.
