Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain 20th May 2024 Written Episode Update on worldofentertainment.in

The episode starts with Abhira getting her bags downstairs. Armaan says I have made a decision. He sees Abhira. He says I am prepared to marry Ruhi. Everyone smiles. Abhira stumbles. Armaan steps ahead with a worried face. Ruhi stops him and asks what happened. Just go to hell….plays… Abhira leaves. Vidya says I want the marriage to happen soon, and I’ll prepare for it. Manish says this engagement cannot occur, I don’t want Ruhi to suffer the same fate.

Dadi says Ruhi is my bahu, while Abhira holds no significance. But Manish objects, stating that she means nothing to me. Dadi adds that Ruhi willingly stays here and has accepted the marriage proposal. She urges Ruhi to inform Manish of her decision. However, Manish refuses to listen and turns to Armaan, questioning his actions. He reminds him that their relationship has already ended, yet he is proceeding with the marriage. Dadi interjects, asking him not to speak ill of their relationship. She reassures him by saying that she is certain Ruhi will not behave like Abhira, as their family does not tolerate selfish and badly behaved individuals. Manish points out the hypocrisy by questioning why Sanjay still resides in this household.

Then Sanjay catches Manish’s collar and pushes everyone. Ruhi falls down. All try to stop him. Sanjay pushes them. Dadi says Ruhi is fine. Dadi says Ruhi isn’t fine at all; she was happy before you came. Dadi asks who is responsible for Kajal’s tears. Dadi and Manish argue. He says you don’t give bahus any rights to speak, you made them mute, you want puppets. Dadi taunts him and says he ousted his daughter from his home.

Manish recalls Akshu and cries. He says you don’t know why she left, but I had chosen Ruhi over my daughter. Dadi asks if such a thing happened in your family. He says your bahus have no habit of using their minds. As Dadi says, my rules will work, it is my house, you also agree to Armaan and Ruhi joining forces. I will not let my daughter marry Armaan, and I won’t let her live like a goat. She won’t be happy if she marries Armaan.

Dadi insists that everything will go according to her wishes, and she swears on Rohit that she will bring happiness to Ruhi. The marriage between Ruhi and Armaan is destined, and nothing can stand in its way. She raises her voice at Manish, who says he may submit to love but not to anyone’s pride. Dadi believes that Ruhi and Armaan are a perfect match, while Manish disagrees. Vidya accidentally speaks the truth about Abhira and Armaan, which Manish acknowledges. However, Ruhi declares her desire to marry Armaan, which Manish refuses, fearing it may be too late for her to understand his reasoning.

Armaan only agreed for Ruhi’s sake, according to Manish. He left. The broker then shows the room to Abhira, who inspects it and negotiates the rent. The man suggests she move to a hostel if it suits her better. Abhira can’t bear the thought of seeing Armaan’s face there. The man then asks for the rent to be paid. However, Abhira notices that there is no lock on the door. The man assures her that staff will sometimes come in to take things, but they need money to rent the room. He advises her to block the door with her bag when staff enter so no one else will enter. He looks at her intently before leaving. As she hears Armaan’s name once again, she cannot help but feel frustrated with the situation.

He argues with Swarna at home. Armaan is accused of wrongdoing by Ruhi and Abhira. She says Armaan is a responsible person. She asks him to think of Ruhi’s happiness—it is with Armaan. It will be her fate to suffer tears, not happiness, if she stays with them. I will not let them marry. Abhira sees the chequebook and cries. She tries to tear it but falls flat.

Precap:

Manisha talks to Abhira on a video call. Armaan hears them. Abhira lies to Manisha, faints, and is seen by the broker.
