The episode begins with Abhir praying and talking to Abhinav. Manish joins them and mentions that Ganpati and their father will use their powers to help them out. He adds that docman and mumma are their father’s favorites, implying that he will intervene to bring them closer. The client congratulates them, emphasizing the importance of working together for the success of Birla Hospital. Abhimanyu and Akshara express their gratitude towards him before he receives a call. He informs them that he has to attend to a 90-year-old patient and offers to drop them off. Akshara insists that she can handle it on her own and asks Dadi for a driver. She assures him that everything is under control. Just as he is about to leave, Abhimanyu accuses her of lying.
Akshara explains that she is the one who is usually seen first, before they leave. Aarohi and Anand then inquire Parth about the file, to which he responds by mentioning the increase in oxygen cylinder rates. Soon after, a man appears and announces that he has parked Parth’s new car outside. Aarohi congratulates him for the new purchase, but Parth’s response is not so welcoming as he expresses his displeasure. He then storms off. Apologizing for his behavior due to work pressure, Abhimanyu admits that Akshara handled everything professionally without any issues. However, Akshara believes he is not telling her the complete truth and encourages him to be honest with her and go home together.
It stops and they order food at a dhaba. She says the car broke down, I’m hungry, get the food. Abhimanyu says you should have eaten food in the canteen. She says you knew I was waiting. He says no. She says shut up. He asks the man to get food fast, she is getting angry. He calls Manish. He says Akshara is on the highway. Kairav says I’ll get in touch with Abhimanyu. They eat food.

Anxious about being put through a test by Mahadev, Abhimanyu wonders how he and Akshara will manage to stay together all night. Amidst all this chaos, Muskaan accuses everyone of wanting Abhimanyu to replace Abhinav in Akshara’s life, causing Kairav to defend his mother’s decisions by asking Muskaan what her problem is.
We are at the dhaba, Abhi’s car hasn’t been fixed, it’s stormy, so we have to stay here for the night. I’ll see you all in the morning. Muskaan claps and taunts their family. Surekha asks her to mind her tongue. Muskaan says sorry, I can’t handle your double standards, you all wanted Abhimanyu and Akshara to unite. Kairav asks her not to insult the family. Kairav is scolded by Manish.
