As the Episode commences, Akshara and Abhimanyu lay on the floor, lost in their thoughts. Abhimanyu is consumed by thoughts of her as she receives a call from Abhir. He assures her that he isn’t worried about her well-being since Docman is there to keep her company. She playfully warns him not to get too happy, as things won’t go his way. After the call abruptly ends, Abhimanyu notices Akshara shivering and offers her a blanket. However, she dismisses his gesture, teasing him about his unpredictable mood swings. A playful argument ensues, with Akshara eventually storming off in frustration as it starts raining outside.
Kairav packs a bag and is met with Muskaan’s question of his destination. He dismisses her, stating he cannot remain in this place any longer. Muskaan stubbornly refuses to let him leave the room for safety reasons, while Akshara expresses her frustrations with his unwillingness to open up to her or himself. She tells him she cannot continue dealing with his outbursts and they should distance themselves from one another for the sake of their son Abhir. Abhimanyu agrees to handle it, but Akshara insists on him telling the truth before she will consider going back with him. Despite his pleas, she runs after him as he falls off the moving cart in the midst of a stormy night.
Muskaan inquires about Kairav’s current activities. Kairav assures her that he will not leave and is currently present. He also reminds her that she cannot stay in the room. After packing her bag, he hands it to her and closes the door. Akshara apologizes and scolds him, causing Abhimanyu to reminisce about their past together. He confesses his love for her and reassures her that despite any complications, his feelings for her remain unchanged. However, Akshara is surprised by his words and stops him from speaking further. A taxi arrives and she quickly leaves in it, while Abhimanyu regrets revealing the truth as he knew it would cause her pain. The song “Yeh Rishta” plays in the background.
Dadi bestows her blessings upon Suvarna, expressing concern that she did not sleep the previous night. Suvarna admits to being worried about Akshara, Kairav, and Muskaan. Manish announces his plan to meet with Agarwal and opens the door to find Akshara standing there. Upon seeing this, Suvarna invites Akshara inside. Although Akshara claims to be fine, Suvarna insists that she is not. Remembering Abhi’s words, Akshara joins the family for dinner where Muskaan also joins them. Surekha asks Muskaan to take a seat and Muskaan mentions that she was thinking about something earlier in the day but Suvarna dismisses it, commenting on how occupied Muskaan is with everyone’s thoughts. Curious about Kairav’s whereabouts, Akshara inquires but Muskaan has no idea and Surekha intervenes.
It is Aarohi who calls Akshara to ask if you had spoken to Abhimanyu. He didn’t tell you that the builder’s lawyer is coming to Birla hospital. Please come fast. Abhir asks shall I come along, I have to meet the doctor. Akshara says no, I won’t go, I’ll attend the meeting via video call. Abhir asks you to come. Akshara shouts, I won’t go. Everyone watches.
When Akshara and Abhir visit the hospital, Abhimanyu meets them. Abhir talks to him. Abhir asks if you guys fought again. Abhimanyu says no. They lie to Abhir. Abhir leaves. Abhimanyu and Akshara argue. Akshara goes to Abhir and says yes, I have head pains and neck pains. He says when I grow up, you sit with me in the car, I will drive well. Abhir hugs her and she goes to get her ice cream for him. She sees him gone and calls him out. He watches the puppet show. He says you tell a happy ending story.
Seeing Abhir match Abhimanyu and Akshara’s pictures at home, Manish sees Akshara cry. Abhir says we’re supposed to keep mum and dad’s pictures in our diary. Manish asks why you cut docman’s picture. Abhir says I don’t have a photo with docman, so I’m cutting and pasting. I can’t ask mumma and docman to take a picture. I will tell them, Manish says. Abhir says they won’t agree. Akshara watches.
