The episode opens with the man demanding to call Abhimanyu, threatening harm to his son. Akshara and others plead with him, pointing out that Abhir is not at fault. The man remains adamant, insisting on getting his son back, and questioning where Abhimanyu is located. Aarohi responds that he is not present. The man orders her to call him, and she complies by putting the phone on speaker. Concerned for Abhir’s safety, Akshara reminds him to be careful. However, the man warns them not to play games and Akshara begs for the release of her son. As Aarohi attempts to reach Abhimanyu without success, the man becomes increasingly agitated. In a desperate move, Akshara takes a spray and gestures to Abhir before using it on the man’s eyes in an attempt to escape with her child. The man demands to know who did it and fires a shot as they all take cover.
Manish and Aarohi each take one of their respective partners, Akshara and Abhir. However, Akshara soon shouts at Abhir, prompting the man to wash his eyes. He becomes upset and takes the key, locking the door to ensure they can’t escape. Assuring Manish that Aarohi is with Abhir, she insists on going to him. As a result, Abhir is left alone. Anand inquires about his whereabouts, only to be told that he was not with them. Aarohi heads back to check on him while Abhimanyu finds himself at a signal. Suddenly, a Peer baba appears and asks for money. Without hesitation, Abhimanyu gives him some and receives a blessing in return before trying to continue on his way. However, the man grabs onto his hand and advises him to return home as his family is in danger if he stays away for too long. Eventually, the man departs leaving behind a worried Abhimanyu.
Akshara hits the man at the hospital. She asks Abhir to run. Anand says to go to the CCTV room and look for Abhir. Aarohi says to call the police. Anand says I will open the back door for the police. She looks for Abhir. She tells the girl not to worry. She leaves. Abhir is called out and asked to come out by the man.
Rohan quickly checks the CCTV, inquiring about the whereabouts of those near the orthopedics. Mahima confirms that she is present. Urging her to move swiftly, Rohan identifies Abhir’s location. Meanwhile, Manish and Aarohi are assisting people. Anxious for everyone’s safety, Rohan instructs Anand to hide as Prashant approaches him. Following Rohan’s lead, Anand flees from Prashant’s sight. As Prashant calls for Abhir to come out, Manjiri and others arrive on the scene. The police intervene to stop them, prompting Manjiri to suggest an alternate route through a back door. Amidst this chaos, Shefali and Suvarna offer comfort to Manjiri while Kairav expresses his desire to enter the building with a bulletproof jacket. However, Surekha reassures him that no one will go inside and face the enemy without protection. As Akshara catches sight of Abhir on the CCTV feed…
Prashant intervenes, signaling to Abhir who quickly conceals himself. Though she is worried, she continues to pray and search for Abhir. Prashant assures her not to be afraid and urges her to come with him. Akshara immediately steps in between, warning him not to touch her son. Suddenly, a siren blares in the distance. At that moment, Mahima rushes over and urges Abhir to run towards her. As they scurry away, Prashant chases after them while Akshara closely follows behind. Eventually, he manages to grab hold of Mahima and threatens her by accusing her of being responsible for his son’s surgery. Mahima frantically signals to Akshara not to approach them, but Akshara doesn’t hesitate as she pushes a stretcher towards Prashant in order to distract him. After successfully smashing it into him, Akshara embraces Mahima gratefully and requests her to call the police for help.
Rohan contacts Abhimanyu, leaving a message for him to answer the phone. Meanwhile, Abhir sits nervously as Prashant watches over him. Upon seeing this confrontation, Akshara pleads with Prashant to call his father, but he insists on harming them and leaving once he kills Abhir. Despite her desperate pleas, Prashant refuses and holds them all hostage. As Abhir fixes his car’s tyre, he receives numerous messages and missed call alerts now that the network is back. Realizing the gravity of the situation from the message he reads, he is shocked to learn about the hostage crisis at the hospital involving Akshara, Junior and everyone else. Hearing Akshara’s cries for help, he rushes to her side while she fights off Prashant. He points a gun.
