Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd September 2024 Written Episode begins with Ruhi telling Armaan that their families will never accept them. Armaan insists that no one can separate them and declares that the day belongs to them. Back at home, Dadi grows furious that Abhira left. Manisha defends her, saying that the chaos is due to Ruhi, not Abhira. Rohit objects, insisting that Ruhi is innocent, but Manisha questions why Ruhi avoided the marriage and why Armaan disappeared. She accuses Ruhi of being the reason for everything. Rohit refuses to hear against her, while Sanjay steps in, asking them to stop arguing. He reminds everyone that Armaan abandoned the mandap and no one knows his whereabouts.
Armaan drives with Ruhi, telling her that it is time to break every limit to reach their destination. Ruhi suggests they return, but he ignores Abhira’s call and drives on. Madhav wonders where Armaan is, while Manish asks Krish about Abhira. Krish denies knowing anything. Manish warns that Armaan will face him if they meet.
Armaan tells Ruhi they are close to their destination. When Ruhi questions him about missing the venue, he insists that there are other ways for them to be together. Ruhi grows uneasy and asks him to stop the car. To her horror, Armaan reveals that he intends for them to die together, as no one will allow their union in this world. Shocked, Ruhi begs him to stop, saying she does not want to die. She jumps out of the moving car while Armaan drives it off the cliff.
Ruhi is devastated but relieved when Armaan walks back up from the cliff. Smiling, she tells him she loves him, but Armaan angrily accuses her of betrayal. He reminds her that she jumped out instead of saving him and tells her that love means sacrifice. If she truly loved him, she would have been happy seeing him with Abhira. Armaan makes it clear that he is tired of repeating himself and admits he only loves Abhira.
He refuses to marry Ruhi and leaves her crying. At that moment, Abhira arrives and runs to him. She hugs him, saying she felt he was in danger and came to check on him. Armaan reassures her, but noticing her dress, he realises Ruhi was behind the plan. He hugs Abhira and confesses his love, which she reciprocates. They declare their feelings for each other as Ruhi watches them in shock.
Back at home, Dadi apologises to the guests for the delay and asks them to leave. Suddenly, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Armaan and Abhira appear together. Ruhi screams and recalls Armaan’s harsh words before collapsing.
Armaan apologises to everyone for the trouble and clarifies that Abhira is not at fault. Manish admits he misunderstood and wrongly thought Armaan abandoned Abhira. He praises Abhira’s trust, saying it is the foundation of their relationship. Armaan confirms that he deeply loves Abhira.
Madhav asks for the reason behind the drama, but Abhira explains they have resolved the matter. Manish blesses them, saying their bond is built on trust, patience, and friendship. Vidya, however, struggles emotionally, saying Armaan is sacrificing his happiness for Abhira. Dadi warns that although they lost this round, the battle continues, and urges Vidya to get ready. Everyone worries as Kajal notes that the mahurat has passed, and the pandit is asked for guidance.

Charu announces that Abhira has planned a surprise. Abhira sings Tu Hai To and moves forward to exchange garlands with Armaan. Vidya secretly decides not to bless their marriage.
