Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 28th October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Vidya seeing Ruhi and Rohit. Ruhi tells her there is no need to worry so much about her and the baby. She argues that she does not want her child to grow up under so much pressure. Armaan and Abhira witness this conversation.

Ruhi says she is happy they all share a close bond, but that does not mean she must reveal everything. She says certain things remain private between a husband and wife. Vidya agrees but adds that she has the right to know about the baby because she is the grandmother. Ruhi replies that she is the mother and she and Rohit will decide things. Vidya says she only wants to advise if there is any problem. Ruhi asks her to stop talking negatively because it affects the baby. Vidya becomes upset and leaves.

Ruhi tells Rohit not to get angry at her. Abhira approaches and says nothing serious has happened because the family is only excited for the baby. Armaan says the family will eventually figure out everything on their own. Abhira tries to reassure Rohit that Ruhi and the baby are perfectly healthy. Armaan argues and leaves in frustration.

Meanwhile, Manish sits with Akshara and Aarohi’s photo and wonders why the family cannot unite. He says Abhira is strong but does not want to share anything with the family. He becomes emotional.

Charu sits crying alone in her room. Abhira arrives and calls out to her. She knocks the door and asks if she is crying. Charu says she is changing clothes. Abhira feels uneasy. She looks inside and sees Charu hurt. She knocks again. Armaan reaches the room and asks Abhira to leave it for now. Abhira says Charu has been crying for a long time.

Charu opens the door and gives excuses. Abhira says her smile looks fake and asks why she is crying. She questions whether someone tried to molest Charu. Armaan gets angry and tells Charu to stop Abhira from speaking nonsense. Charu cries. Armaan asks if Abhira’s guess is true. Charu lies again. Abhira insists that Charu is hiding something. Charu brushes it off, but her tears say otherwise.

Armaan takes Abhira away while Charu continues to cry alone.

Elsewhere, Kajal and Manisha discuss booking five-star hotels. Sanjay talks about a destination wedding in Italy. Dadi receives a call and reacts with shock.

Armaan and Abhira see Charu crying again. They rush to her. Armaan sees the bruises on Charu and demands to know the name of the culprit. Abhira hugs Charu tightly and says they have always supported her and will handle everything together. She asks Charu to share the truth.

Charu says her relationship will break if she says anything. She fears that her family’s respect will be ruined. Armaan says to forget everything and focus on telling the truth. He threatens to harm the person who hurt her. Charu begs him not to ask anything and says she cannot let her father or Nanisa be questioned. Armaan hugs her and says she is very important to him. She begs him not to tell anyone and asks him to swear on her. Abhira says he should not swear. Charu says if her father gets insulted, she will not survive it.

Meanwhile, Dadi talks about Sanjay facing an income tax raid because of excessive spending. Sanjay continues planning the wedding arrangements. Sajjan and Mala arrive. Charu is called downstairs. She goes and tries to smile. Mala asks why she looks sad. She says her parents will take care of everything and wants a destination wedding. Sanjay promises to handle everything.

Armaan tells Abhira he wants to inform the family because someone has molested Charu. Abhira stops him and asks him to look at Charu’s condition. She explains that girls are often blamed even when they are victims. She adds that Charu is happy with Neeraj and fears her relationship may fall apart. Armaan asks what they should do. Mala says Neeraj has gone out for work and will return by night. Abhira says they should talk to Neeraj because he may support her. Armaan worries that Neeraj may break the relationship. Abhira says if Neeraj cannot stand by Charu in her trauma, then he is not the right partner. Armaan agrees.
