The episode begins with Abhinav and Akshara expressing concern for Abhir, who is worried about winning the case. They embrace him, and he mentions that he came to tie a mauli on Akshara’s wrist for good luck. Abhinav then decides to call Kairav and inform him that Abhir is present. When Abhimanyu arrives, Abhir asks him why he is there and whose custody he wants. However, Abhimanyu reveals that it was actually Akshara’s parents who requested his attendance. With joy, Abhir expresses how fortunate they are to have each other as best friends while also being their parents’ close companions. He then embraces Abhimanyu before Kairav joins them.
Abhimanyu asks Abhir to go home. Abhir waves by and leaves. Abhimanyu and Abhinav depart. Abhimanyu and Abhinav leave. Mahima says we have to support Abhimanyu, but he’s doing it wrong, it is wrong to separate mother and child, Manjiri wants to defeat Akshara, she’s doing this, she will feel bad. Shefali prays. Ruhi says please let Abhir stay with Abhinav and Akshara, he does not want to go to his real parents. Aarohi says God will not listen to anyone, if Abhimanyu wins. Manish, Suvarna and Manjiri pray.

The judge says the court will give the verdict in the child custody case now. Akshara and Abhimanyu get tense. The judge says the child’s custody is given to Dr. Abhimanyu Birla, while Abhir Sharma’s custody is given to Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. Everyone is shocked, including Akshara and Abhinav. They cry.

Therefore, the court has ordered for the name to be changed. In addition, Akshara and Abhinav are permitted to see Abhir on weekends with permission from Abhimanyu. However, if Akshara goes against this agreement, the permission will be revoked. The case is now closed.
Akshara and Abhinav are overcome with emotion, sitting and crying. Akshara is reminded of the birth of her son, Abhir. Manish consoles Abhinav with a comforting hug while Suvarna urges Akshara to stand. However, Abhinav believes there is nothing left for them here and they must leave. As they help Akshara up, she falls but is caught by Abhimanyu. Seeing her in distress, Manjiri brings her a glass of water, explaining that the judge’s decision has caused them to lose everything. This only adds to their pain and Abhimanyu cannot bear to see his loved ones suffer. Understandably, Manish and Suvarna also feel helpless and take their leave after asking Akshara to speak her mind. Feeling overwhelmed, Abhinav requests some time alone before they are joined by Manish and Suvarna in tears as well.
We have lost our Abhir, he will get away from us, Abhinav says. Akshara cries and leaves. Abhir and Ruhi make cake batter. She reads the wrong recipe. Aarohi comes and says you are reading the wrong page. Abhir thanks her. He asks why didn’t his parents come. Aarohi says they’ll come. Akshara walks on the road. Abhinav holds her.
