Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30th September 2024 Written Episode begins with Sanjay fuming that Maasa offered Abhira a job at the Poddar firm. He says he wasted years working for the firm, only for this decision to be taken without discussion. Armaan defends Dadi’s choice, reminding Sanjay that even in court cases, Abhira always matched him and often tied with him. He says Abhira is talented and hardworking, which is why the firm needs her. Sanjay argues that Maasa never consulted them and even fought Vidya for Abhira, which seems strange to him.

Elsewhere, Manish asks the servants to prepare Ruhi’s room for her visit. Swarna questions why, and he explains that he plans to invite both Abhira and Ruhi for the pagphere ritual. Swarna and Surekha agree. Meanwhile, Ruhi goes to Abhira with kheer and praises her cooking. Abhira asks why Ruhi is suddenly behaving kindly. Ruhi says she wants Abhira to accept the job because it was her mother’s dream that she becomes successful. Abhira coldly reminds Ruhi she never asked for advice.

At Goenka house, Manish accidentally drops the shagun plate and calls it a bad omen. Swarna brushes it off, but he feels uneasy and believes his daughters are not fine. He calls Ruhi and Abhira to check. Abhira assures him they are okay, while Ruhi reveals that Dadi offered Abhira a job at the Poddar firm. Manish congratulates her and supports the idea. Swarna, however, notices the girls are hiding something. Manish smiles and says at least they are lying together for each other.

Back at Poddar house, Dadi places Abhira’s nameplate on the office desk. Vidya confronts her, asking why she gave a job offer to Abhira after opposing her marriage to Armaan. Dadi replies that she sees Abhira as a daughter and wants her support. Vidya accuses Dadi of ignoring her feelings. Dadi argues that Armaan is responsible and will hold the family together, unlike Rohit, who abandoned them when he learned about Armaan and Ruhi. She says Abhira’s talent is an asset and if she leaves, the firm could lose everything. Keeping her close will ensure both Armaan and the firm remain strong.

Armaan later tells Abhira there must be a reason behind Dadi’s offer. Abhira wonders if working together will affect their relationship. Armaan assures her he will support her choice. She feels he is with her yet still distant. Meanwhile, Sanjay overhears Dadi telling Vidya that Sanjay is an outsider, a son-in-law, not a son. Though hardworking, his success will benefit his own family, not Poddars. She declares that Armaan and Abhira will carry the Poddar legacy forward. Sanjay and Kajal are angered by this conversation.

Elsewhere, Manisha and Charu encourage Abhira, saying girls should have careers and independence. Kiara agrees to think about her own path. Vidya reflects on Dadi’s harsh words, performs aarti, but drops the plate in distress. Armaan rushes to catch it and admits he is feeling hurt. Vidya walks away, while Rohit notices Armaan crying silently.
