The episode begins with Akshara rushing to the exam centre, leaving her slipper outside as she runs. However, upon arrival, the man informs her that she is late and cannot take the exam. Despite apologizing and mentioning a landslide, he stands firm on his decision. Heartbroken, Akshara leaves in tears. Abhimanyu witnesses the scene and picks up her slipper to give it back to her. Seeing her distress, he consoles her and suggests they go surprise their mother since the school had given a holiday due to the landslide.
A cry can be heard, and Abhir and Abhinav turn to see it. Akshara hides from the man. She asks why they came here so soon. She sees her slipper. The man says come soon, give your exam. She asks what. He says time is running out. She rushes. Abhir says just like mum worries about my exam, I worry about her as well.
Then Abhir thinks Kanha ji, I have two dads. He sees Abhinav and thinks, I love my dad, but I want to know who my other dad is. Akshara comes. She remembers Abhimanyu’s words. He runs to Akshara.
Abhimanyu expresses gratitude to the man, who in turn thanks him for saving his father’s life. Abhir chimes in with “doc man” and explains that he brought Abhinav to the location to ensure he didn’t miss an exam due to being stuck in a landslide. Kairav adds that he just wants to meet Muskaan, but is informed by a girl that she is currently away in Jodhpur for two days. Muskaan eventually arrives and sees Kairav, while Akshara is on her way. Abhinav reassures her that there is nothing to worry about and they can handle everything themselves. He suggests exploring business opportunities related to organic farming on Neela’s land, which leaves Akshara smiling.
Abhir proudly announces that I have achieved the highest score in football. Abhinav responds with admiration, acknowledging my ability to play football for 15 minutes every day. Akshara, however, is hesitant to reveal the truth – that Abhir knows he is not Kairav’s biological father – and wonders what will happen if this secret is exposed. Meanwhile, Muskaan receives news from her friend that Kairav has developed feelings for her and wishes to speak with her. Her initial response is that it is just a result of guilt and once it dissipates, so will his supposed love for her. She believes it would be best for him to stop visiting her altogether. Just as Abhinav, Akshara, and Abhir return home, they witness a door opening seemingly by magic. However, it turns out that it was simply their acquaintance Abhimanyu who had returned from his errands and had left the keys with Neela before leaving.
Abhinav reassures that everything is fine, while Abhir speculates that maybe the doctor has discovered something about his biological father. He invites the doctor to see his car collection, but Akshara intervenes and suggests going elsewhere. Feeling apprehensive, Abhinav receives a letter from Abhir, which flies away. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is on the phone with Rohan. Akshara confronts Abhir about his concerns, asking if he has something on his mind. In response, he confesses that he knows Abhinav is not his real father and reveals that he overheard a conversation between her and their father when she made him a cake.
She believes that Abhimanyu was telling the truth, and I held him responsible. Abhir consoles her, saying, “Don’t be sad. I want to know who my real dad is and why he left both of us.” Akshara recalls the doctor’s words and assures Abhir, “I will tell you when the right time comes, when you’re a little older.” Abhir trusts her and responds, “I trust you; you can tell me later.” He then sweetly adds, “I love you too,” to which Akshara replies with gratitude and hugs him.
Abhinav notices a letter in Abhir’s hands and inquires about it. Abhimanyu explains, “It’s an important document of mine. Abhir took it to practice his spelling.” Abhinav asks about the content and is surprised to hear that Abhir wrote “Deer Hospital” instead of “Dear Hospital.”
