In the episode, Abhir says, “this isn’t love, you confused us.” He asks Akshara to talk about her love for Abhimanyu. Ruhi asks her. Abhimanyu says stop taking interviews now. Aarohi thinks my purse is the safest place to keep reports. Abhir and Ruhi call Akshara and Abhimanyu for the performance. Manish says he cannot take Akshara to the dance, the bride shouldn’t dance, it is not a good omen, listen to me. Kairav says you are a super cool dadi.
Aarohi shares her dream of falling while dancing and twisting her foot, but Mahima insists they should continue dancing. Abhimanyu expresses gratitude for Dadi’s blessings, while Akshara assures Aarohi that she will dance cautiously. Dadi reminds them to make a promise, which they both do. She then asks Akshara to be mindful. As Abhimanyu and Akshara dance to “Tum aaye to…”, everyone applauds. Manjiri mentions the final ritual left – the engagement, which they proceed with.
During our conversation, Manish says Suvarna and I got a ring too. Manjiri says I’ll get the ring. She takes Aarohi’s purse by mistake. Aarohi sees it and worries. Manjiri says I kept the ring in this. Manjiri asks Aarohi to wait. Manjiri checks the report. Dadi takes Manjiri’s purse and says you have Aarohi’s purse. She reports to Manjiri, who shows the ring. Abhir and Ruhi take the rings.
As Abhir sneezes, the rings slip from his hand. Fortunately, Ruhi and he spot the fallen rings. “Sorry,” Abhir apologizes as they pick them up. Manjiri urges them to return the rings to the couple, Akshara and Abhimanyu. Dadi reminds them that getting engaged signifies a new relationship, which must be cherished and protected from any fears or doubts. She trusts that they can conquer any uncertainties together, as written by Kanha ji in their destiny. With this encouragement, Abhimanyu and Akshara proceed to exchange the rings while Yeh rishta… plays in the background. The entire family applauds their union. After some prayers and reconciliation, Abhir and Ruhi decide on some matters before taking their leave.
Manjiri tidies up Abhi’s wardrobe and collects the old clothes. Surekha instructs Akshara to select appropriate attire and maintain a polished appearance while there. Suvarna informs them that she has canceled the appointment at the beauty parlor. Instead, she urges Akshara to apply a face mask. Shefali then turns to Abhimanyu and encourages him to do the same. When he declines, she persistently insists. He firmly refuses, saying he never will. Shefali insists that he must follow through with her request. Meanwhile, Suvarna asks Aarohi to clarify matters with Akshara before she and Surekha depart. Aarohi attempts to convince Akshara to have some lemon water, but she declines again. Aarohi warns that she will report this behavior to their grandmother, but Akshara responds defiantly by asking if Aarohi is checking her pulse instead of expressing any concern about her unusual behavior or potential stress.
She says no, I’m copying you. Akshara says I’ll become Abhi’s wife tomorrow, and I’m feeling nervous. Aarohi says I checked your pulse, and I know you’re worried. Aarohi says tell me the truth. Akshara says nothing, relax now, I know you’re stressed about the marriage, you’ll adjust, don’t worry, I’m praying that the marriage will be smooth. Akshara says sorry, I’ll pick it up, Aarohi says no, relax, I’ll pick it up. She takes the purse and prays.
Manish and the others engage in conversation, while Manish begins to make plans for his retirement. Dadi directs her prayers towards Akshara’s happiness. Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara communicate through a video call and find amusement in their matching face masks. But as the conversation slows down, they both struggle to come up with something to say. Concerned for her health, Abhimanyu asks about Akshara’s test results, to which she responds with disappointment that they have not yet arrived. In an effort to ease her mind, he offers to call the hospital himself, but Akshara insists that it can wait until tomorrow and encourages him to rest instead. As they prepare for a big step the following day, Abhimanyu suggests putting aside thoughts of their pending marriage and focusing on getting a good night’s sleep and enjoying a delicious breakfast before attending a wedding of two close friends. He reminds Akshara that this marriage will only strengthen their friendship, bringing a smile to her face.
