The Episode begins as Manish and Kairav frantically try to get in touch with the fire department. Dadi and the rest of the family join together in a prayer. Meanwhile, Akshara manages to find Abhir in the chaos. The whole family immediately rushes over to him. Manish turns to Aarohi and asks her to check on Abhir’s condition, while Kairav anxiously questions if he’s okay. Akshara reassures everyone that he is indeed fine. Mahima, on the other hand, quickly checks on Abhir as well and then asks about Abhimanyu and Manjiri’s whereabouts. Amidst all this tension, we can hear Manjiri calling out for help. Suddenly, Abhimanyu rushes in yelling for his mother. Simmi can be seen crying in fear as her own mother instructs her to make a run for it outside the house. Just then, Abhimanyu notices them too and goes over to their rescue. Simmi pleads with him to save her mother while she herself makes an attempt at escaping. However, before anything else could happen, Manjiri screams out his name once again urgently needing his help too! Even amidst all
Abhir shares that Dida did not come, while Kairav questions if the fire brigade has still not arrived, stating it would be a cruel joke. Akshara then urges the children to pray, and they do so. As Abhimanyu notices Manjiri, she also catches sight of him and calls out his name before falling. In doing so, some structure falls on top of Abhimanyu, causing him to cry out for his mother. Despite his efforts to stand up, he is unable to do so and Manjiri faints as she reaches out towards him. He desperately cries for help until Akshara arrives and repeats his name in concern. Upon reaching them, she immediately runs to Manjiri’s side and pleads for assistance. In response, the fire brigade and medical team rush in to take both Manjiri and Abhimanyu outside. As Mahima checks Manjiri’s condition and discovers her weak pulse, she determines that they must transport her to the hospital promptly. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu remains overwhelmed with emotion as Mahima’s words sink in and those around him observe his distressing state.
Manish says you’re not fine, stop. Abhimanyu stumbles and falls. He cries as he falls. In the hospital, Manjiri is treated. Everyone stands outside the intensive care unit. Abhimanyu wonders why she isn’t getting conscious. Doctor says she inhaled smoke and oxygen supply to the brain was cut off, so she can slip into a coma. Mahima says no. Abhimanyu steps back and sees Manjiri. He remembers Manjiri.
Simmi and her mum arrive, and the latter expresses gratitude for being saved. She explains that Simmi’s mother had been trying to reach her, but Simmi showed compassion and saved her from a potentially disastrous situation. Simmi thanks the person responsible for helping them and urges them to take care. Mahima then acknowledges that it was not Manjiri who saved the lady, but rather the person who is a doctor and has a duty to save lives. Surekha adds that he is also a devoted son who did not hear his mother’s call due to fulfilling his responsibilities as a medical professional. Manish praises the person’s inherent goodness, noting that their actions displayed an admirable sense of humanity. Suvarna clarifies that she did not intend to accuse anyone, but if they had managed to get Manjiri out earlier, they would not have needed to come to the hospital at all. Surekha agrees, stating that saving their mother should always be the top priority before attending to others. Shefali highlights that in such a chaotic situation, the person acted on their best judgment while they were not present. Kairav is feeling blamed, but Abhimanyu and Akshara have kept us safe. Aarohi expresses gratitude for their heroism, but believes Manjiri should have been the first priority. Akshara reflects on the past. Manish defends Abhimanyu as a good son. Parth disagrees and questions his capability as MD – if he can’t take care of his own mother, how can he be trusted with hospital responsibilities?
The doctor requests the nurse to retrieve the injection. Anand and Mahima inquire about the patient’s condition. The doctor shares that she is deteriorating, with a risk of brain shutdown, multiple organ failure, and slipping into a coma. This news causes worry amongst everyone present. Anand reassures Mahima not to fret, while she expresses her concern for Manjiri’s well-being. Akshara leaves the room. Shivu, Abhir, and Ruhi pray for Manjiri’s recovery. Dadi appeals to Kanha to keep any negative outcome at bay. Shortly after, Akshara returns with a guitar in hand, grabbing everyone’s attention. She asks permission to sing Manjiri’s favorite song and attempt music therapy on her behalf. Abhimanyu pleads for his mother’s life to be saved, to which Akshara nods in agreement.
Akshara says music therapy… Doctor says you think it’s a joke. She says let me try. Mahima nods to the doctor. He says hurry up, you have just 5 minutes. Akshara sits and sings Piya tose… She plays guitar too. Everyone watches. Manjiri moves her fingers, Abhimanyu says Maa… Everyone smiles.
