The Episode begins with Akshara’s joyful expression upon seeing everyone. She continues to sing, while Manjiri opens her eyes and everyone looks on. They are relieved to see Manjiri awake and ask about Abhimanyu’s well-being. Akshara reassures them that he is fine, as he cries in the background. The group then heads inside, where the nurse reminds them that only a limited number of people are allowed in the room. Mahima embraces Manjiri, grateful that she has recovered from her ordeal. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu recalls the concerns expressed by his loved ones and decides to step out for some fresh air. Akshara follows him and urges him to seek solace in his mother’s presence, as she desperately wants to see him after their recent scare. However, Abhimanyu feels undeserving of his mother’s love, unable to fulfill his duties as a son. Acknowledging Akshara’s exemplary role as a daughter, he thanks her for saving his mother from the fire and taking care of her during this illness. But Akshara assures him that Manjiri needs him more than ever now and encourages him not to distance himself from her due to unnecessary guilt.
At home, Manish believes it is natural to express his emotions. Akshara also feels that their mother needs Manish’s support. Manish then explains to her that it is common for children to doubt themselves when taking care of their parents. Surekha questions why they always have to understand the burden placed on Akshara by her mother and brother, who left her to die. As soon as they found out about Abhir, they suddenly started showing up again, wanting him to suffer now. However, Akshara interrupts and says she cannot wish for her enemy to have a tough time, after all he is Abhir’s father and he saved his life by giving him custody. Concerned, Manjiri asks where Abhimanyu is now.
Aarohi and Shefali deceive her. Manjiri mentions that she would wake up if her son is next to her. Abhir and Ruhi arrive, embracing Manjiri and inquiring about her well-being. Manjiri assures them that she is feeling fine now. They dispel any negative energy around her, causing her to smile. Pallavi invites Kairav for lunch while Muskaan interrupts, claiming he is not allowed to leave. Muskaan introduces herself and explains that she has come to take her husband out on a date. She presents Kairav with flowers and encourages him to get married soon as finding a suitable spouse can be difficult as one ages. After Pallavi leaves, Kairav teases Muskaan for being jealous. She defends herself by expressing that the flowers were given with genuine affection. However, Kairav advises against making such gestures since they are pointless in their situation.
Manjiri asks why Abhimanyu didn’t come to meet me, is he okay, where is he? Mahima says he is fine, he is feeling guilty. Manjiri asks why. Shefali tells all. She says you became conscious as a result of Akshara’s singing, Abhimanyu feels guilty, and he is scared to approach you. Manjiri says he has to come to me to end his fear, and Abhimanyu recalls Manjiri’s condition.
Akshara brings Abhir and Abhimanyu together through a video call. Abhir inquires about why Abhimanyu hasn’t seen Dida recently. Abhimanyu explains that he was feeling ill. Feeling guilty, Abhir expresses how his mother became unwell during his absence and urges him to visit Dida to help her recover. When Abhimanyu questions why Abhir is helping him, he mentions how he didn’t receive any assistance when Neil passed away or when his mother needed him. He feels like he constantly lets everyone down and tells them to leave him alone. Akshara interjects by reminding them that they cannot let the enemy win and suggests that it’s better to have someone standing with you than fighting alone. She shares her personal experience of feeling lonely until she met her friend, Abhinav, through divine intervention. Offering a friendly hand, she urges Abhimanyu to join her in visiting Manjiri and assures everything will be okay. He takes her hand in acceptance.
Dadi’s reports are normal, Muskaan says. Abhimanyu and Akshara shake hands. Manjiri says I have to prepare food, otherwise Abhimanyu will know I didn’t. Manjiri gets scared when she sees the fire. Shefali lights the stove. Shefali and Mahima try to calm her down. Ruhi gets scared. Mahima takes her. Abhimanyu looks on. Shefali asks him to come fast and take Manjiri. Mahima holds Manjiri as she cries.
