The episode begins with Rajnandini approaching Manohar and expressing her thoughts on the significance of marriage. She shares that when she got married, she immediately felt a sense of belonging in this house, even after her husband Udkarsh had left. She confesses that she feels more attached to this family than Udkarsh ever was. Confused, Manohar asks for clarification. Rajnandini explains that she sees her own father in him, and she sees herself in Jeevika. She assures him that Jeevika will be treated like a daughter in this household, just like Juhi and Aadhya are. Grateful for Manohar’s support, Rajnandini adds that he has given Jeevika the best gift of her life by agreeing to this marriage. Manohar admits his apprehensions about the rushed engagement and how neither Jeevika nor they could truly understand Satvik’s character. He expresses his fear for both Jeevika and their family’s reputation. Just then, guests arrive and praise Jeevika and Satvik’s compatibility as a couple. Rajnandini introduces Manohar as Jeevika’s father to the guests

Pandit ji instructs for the ghatbandhan to be tied. Swara complies with his request. Jeevika then asks Satvik to stand as they begin the rounds and exchange garlands. As they take each round, Jeevika silently makes a promise in her heart. Meanwhile, Satvik wonders if his promises to Supriya will even allow him to spend just 7 minutes with Jeevika in this lifetime. They eventually finish the rounds and Satvik expresses his gratitude towards Jeevika for showing support and respecting his family. In response, she assures him that she will always stand by him. Satvik then confesses that he didn’t expect her to come to the mandap, to which Jeevika replies that she wouldn’t have come if it were not for him.

Pandit ji instructs Satvik to complete the marriage by tying the mangalsutra. Pallavi reminds Satvik that his baba is eagerly waiting for this moment and asks him to tie the mangalsutra to Jeevika. Following their words, Satvik places the mangalsutra on Jeevika’s neck. As per tradition, Pandit ji then directs Satvik to fill Jeevika’s maang with sindoor. While doing so, Satvik’s thoughts drift to Supriya and his promise to Narayan. He fulfills his promise by adorning Jeevika’s maang with sindoor. In her mind, Jeevika feels that their journey of seven births begins now. However, Satvik has a different perspective as he believes that their relationship is destined to end. Expressing his gratitude, Narayan thanks Rajnandini for choosing Jeevika as his daughter-in-law. In response, Rajnandini shares that it was also her dream and mentions that she still needs to oversee the arrangements for the wedding ceremony.

Rajnandini invites the guests to help themselves to the food. She mentions that the children are very hungry. Juhi inquires about her ability to handle such a task, to which Rajnandini replies that she is struggling with dark circles due to the never-ending wedding rituals. She confesses that she feels like slapping the kids, but as the eldest daughter-in-law of the family, she must maintain her composure. Manohar appears stressed, yet he keeps it hidden from Sukanya. Pallavi arrives and reveals that she is tired of pretending to be happy. She vents about being relieved from Jeevika’s presence, prompting Rajnandini to assure her of her safety. The pandit asks Jeevika’s brother to pull Satvik’s ear and ensure his sister’s happiness.

Then Swarada asks Pradeep to threaten Satvik. After pulling Satvik’s ear, Pradeep apologizes to him. He says my jeevi can’t find a better life partner than him. Being a brother himself, he understands my emotions, my jeevi’s bidaai time has come. During this time, he says he wants to bring her back to the moment when she sat on his lap for the first time. He says he regards her as a daughter and requests that he keep her happy always, and fulfill her wishes. Jeevik remembers Jeevika’s wish.

During the grah pravesh, Lata mentions that the name will be changed. Sukanya also brings up the tradition of a bride’s name changing after marriage. Satvik inquires why this is necessary. Sukanya explains it as a part of the ritual. Swara disagrees and reminds them of how Aaji lovingly named her. Lata takes this opportunity to make a snide remark directed at Swara. This angers Sukanya and she scolds Lata for her harsh words. Feeling hurt, Swara storms out. Jeevika makes an attempt to follow her but Pallavi stops her. Meanwhile, Satvik is determined not to let Jeevika change her name and assures himself that she will eventually come around to his thinking. He argues with everyone, emphasizing on the importance of one’s name as their identity. Lata continues to defend the ritual while Satvik refers to her as “usha mausi”, only to be reminded by her that he shouldn’t forget others’ names either. He then explains that this is precisely why names are important – because they have been given with love by someone like Aaji, and therefore should not be disregarded due to traditional customs that one does not believe in

Sukanya inquires about Jeevika’s nose ring while they are in the room. She reminds Jeevika that she should try to see Swara in Aadhya and Pradeep in Shlok, although it may require time, effort, and fate to truly understand one another. Despite potential years of struggle ahead, Sukanya encourages them to work through their issues together. Seeing Swara tearfully refusing to leave for another household, Shlok scolds her for causing trouble for their guests, but quickly apologizes and Swara leaves. Sukanya reassures her that she must stay strong because she will always have her support. She also assures Jeevika that Satvik will love her immensely and never abandon her.

As Jeevika prepares to depart, Pradeep urges Manohar to share any last words he has for her. He reminds them that they will need to schedule an appointment to see her in the future. Manohar encourages Jeevika to have dreams and keep smiling, causing her to question who is speaking these heartfelt words while holding back tears and offering a handkerchief. Pradeep makes a playful remark about needing someone to give him a handkerchief at the office when she’s gone. Jeevika embraces both Sukanya and Pradeep before Rajnandini observes their practice of crying now. Jeevika reassures Sukanya that she will always come running when she calls. Swara tearfully hugs Jeevika, prompting Jhanvi to wipe away her tears and promise that she won’t leave. Swara asks her to say goodbye on her behalf, but Jeevika refuses, teasingly saying that she may come but won’t reveal the time so it can be a surprise. Satvik opens the car door for Jeevika as she bids farewell and drives away with him by her side. Emotions run high as everyone watches them go. Jeev

Narayan welcomes Jeevika in the house. Rajnandini performs her aarti. Satvik enters the room.
