Anupama approaches Dimpy and encourages her to eat, noting that her baby may be acting fussy due to hunger. Dimpy obliges and gets up from the bed. Anupama glances at Samar’s clothes on the bed and assures him not to worry, she will take care of Dimpy and the baby. She reflects on her promise to Samar but confesses how much she misses him. Meanwhile, Vanraj contemplates on how he will manage the children while Baa and Babuji try their best to uplift them, despite their own brokenness. Just then, Kavya arrives and admires Vanraj’s strength in dealing with their painful situation. She reassures him of her constant support through every sorrow. Vanraj leans his head on her shoulder and confides in her that he can’t shake off the lingering feeling that Samar will call him “Papa.” He admits that he regrets not being able to fully express his love for his son, including hugging him tightly and telling him how proud he is of him. He deeply laments missing out on this opportunity.

Kavya poses a question, inviting him to speak his mind to Samar. She dons Samar’s photo mask. Vanraj expresses regret, acknowledging that Samar was the greatest son, but he fell short as a father by not supporting his aspirations. He confesses his love, which went unexpressed and shares how he used to feel remorseful after scolding him excessively. Tears stream down his face as he admits to not apologizing enough and tells Samar how much he loves him. Anupama receives a message from Anuj but refrains from responding. Anuj ponders what course of action to take since Anupama had asked him to leave earlier.

Upon Ankush’s arrival, Adhik relayed the events that had taken place and Vanraj’s accusations. Anuj, in agreement with Vanraj’s words, took responsibility for the situation. However, Ankush encouraged him not to blame himself. Despite this, Anuj continued to hold himself accountable. Barkha intervened, reminding Anuj to give Anupama time and space as she is grieving the loss of her son. She empathized with Anuj’s feelings but urged him to be patient and let Anupama come to terms with everything on her own. Anuj expressed his fear of losing her, stating that while she may forgive him, he may never be able to forgive himself. He even went so far as to say that if Anupama doesn’t forgive him, he would rather die. Choti Anu then appeared and suggested they look at the stars together, as Samar Bhaiyya must have transformed into one of them. Following her lead, Anuj gazed up at the stars while Anupama shared how Choti wanted them to see Samar in this form. Anuj pointed out a bright star that he believed represented Samar Bhaiyya.

Later, Anuj brings Choti Anu to the Shah house. Anupama embraces her as she arrives. Kinjal asks if Dimpy has eaten yet. Vanraj suggests asking Samar to take care of the electricity bill, until he remembers and falls silent. Dimpy sobs alone, until everyone comes to comfort her. Anupama holds Dimpy close in an embrace. As days go by, Anuj remains deep in thought about Anupama. Meanwhile, Anupama recalls Samar’s hurtful words and tears up while cooking in the kitchen. She also remembers Vanraj falsely accusing Anuj, who happens to be standing outside when she sees him there and chooses to ignore him before leaving.
