The doctor informs Anuj that he administered a hypnotic injection to Choti Anu, causing her to fall asleep. However, they can’t continue in this manner and must help the child overcome her shock as soon as possible. Paakhi questions Anuj about whether he should call Anupama. He responds by saying that he doesn’t want to hinder Anupama’s journey. Paakhi points out that there are only 7 hours left until Anupama’s flight. Guru Maa believes that these 7 hours are crucial. Talking to Nakul, Anupama mentions how marriage involves 7 pheras and taking 7 oaths of supporting each other for 7 lifetimes, but she will be separating from Anuj in just 7 hours.
Anu is sleepily calling out to her mother, but Anupama has already arrived back at home. Kanta informs her that she has managed to pack all of Anu’s belongings after a lot of mental persuasion. Bhavesh jokingly compares their packing preparations to those of a middle-class family rushing for a 6 p.m. train at 6 a.m. Kanta mentions that they have packed everything except for excess baggage, and encourages Anupama to leave her emotional baggage behind as well. She then inquires about Bhairavi’s whereabouts, to which Anupama replies that she is still at the gurukul and will be meeting them directly at the airport with Nakul and Guru Maa. As Anupama goes to freshen up, Kanta and Bhavesh become emotional at the thought of her leaving. Suddenly, Kanta receives a call and becomes serious.
Anuj cries seeing Choti Anu’s condition and thinks he can’t see his daughter like this. Looking at his mobile, he leaves. Ankush asks where he is going. As Anupama prepares to leave, she asks Kanta to serve her tea before she leaves. Leela offers her tea and says they came after getting Kanta’s permission. Kavya and Kinjal came to bid her a happy goodbye.
Asked to enjoy tea and tell how it is by Leela, Anupama says she spoke with Hasmukh and Samar over video call. Leela says they know how important they are to her. They all talk about how they will miss her and joke. Leela says she can’t have Leela’s tea in USA. She looks at her mobile and waits to see Anuj’s call. Anupama says it’s the best tea. Vanraj asks her to drink it slowly. Anupama says she can’t have Leela’s tea. She looks at her phone.
Anuj breaks down at the sight of Choti Anu’s condition. Ankush tries to offer comfort. Anuj expresses his frustration as he explains that none of the medicines are helping and he is unsure of what to do if something were to happen to Choti Anu. Overwhelmed with anxiety, he begins breaking things. Ankush and Adhik step in to calm him down, noting that Anuj is struggling with Maaya’s death, Choti Anu’s condition, and Anupama’s departure all at once. They suggest informing Anupama about Choti Anu’s condition, but Anuj insists on not wanting to impede her success. Ankush questions who will take care of Choti Anu then, to which Anuj replies that he will but does not want to hinder Anupama’s progress. Meanwhile, Anupama performs a pooja with her family and sings aarti, but still worries about Choti Anu’s well-being.
Anuj asks Paakhi not to inform Anupama at any cost about Choti Anu, since they are all here to care for Choti Anu. The doctor continues to treat Choti Anu. Barkha asks Paakhi to see off Anupama. Paakhi leaves. Ankush fears Paakhi won’t be able to hold her emotions in front of Anupama. Anupama prays for every family member in detail. Choti Anu shouts for her mother.
Her sari pallu gets stuck in a nail and her purse falls down. Anupama prays God to protect Anuj and give him emotional strength. In it, she sees her and Anuj’s photo, and remembers Choti Anu’s request not to leave her alone like Maaya and Anuj’s request to never stop.
