The episode opens with Toshu angrily telling Baa that despite having many Diwali orders, their profit was barely anything. He complains that Anupama spends money on charity, yet nothing is left for them. He shamelessly admits he took his share of profit himself. Prem arrives and politely asks for the order register, but Toshu humiliates him by reminding him that he is just a cook and must first say “Yes Sir” before responding. Prem controls his anger and does as told.
Baa scolds Toshu for shouting at Prem unnecessarily. Toshu mocks youngsters who act like heroes on social media but run away during real-life problems. Prem leaves, frustrated.
Outside, Prem bumps into Mahi. She apologises, and he says it’s rare to find someone with a good face and good behaviour together. Mahi blushes, confused about why her heartbeat changes around him.
Meanwhile, Ishani and Pari argue about Ansh’s Bhai Dooj gifts. Ishani feels Aadhya got all the attention for saving him, while they put in effort too. Pari argues that Aadhya was the one who protected him, so naturally Ansh is closer to her. The sisters tease each other as they fight for the dress Pari designed.
Mahi later wonders if she is developing feelings for Prem. She imagines dancing with him and blushes again. Pari notices her dreaminess and teases her, but Mahi asks her to wait for the right time.
At home, Anupama plans to check on Ansh. Mahi arrives with juice and they see Aadhya taking care of him lovingly. Mahi feels insecure, recalling Ishani’s words that Aadhya overshadows her. She worries Anupama will forget her.
In the living room, Pakhi, Toshu, Kinjal and Dolly complain that Aadhya and Prem will spoil their children. Anupama overhears but stays calm.
Soon after, the younger Shah kids declare their new goals. Ishani wants to continue modelling assignments. Pari wants to pursue fashion designing alongside CA. Ansh wants to assist a game developer. Mahi wants to set up a handmade jewellery stall at an exhibition. Anupama becomes emotional seeing all four kids turning responsible. They hug her warmly as she proudly supports them.
Later, in the kitchen, Prem is cooking. Mahi offers help, and he assigns her some tasks. Aadhya enters. Prem offers to cook something for her, but she snaps, saying she would rather eat Mahi’s food than his “poisonous food”. Mahi refuses to cook for her, which angers Aadhya. They get into a heated argument.
Mahi accuses Aadhya of double standards — saying she doesn’t want relationships but still staying and taking everyone’s love. Aadhya fires back that Mahi is jealous. Mahi breaks down and confesses she tried to fill Aadhya’s place for Anupama, but Anupama still calls Aadhya her daughter. Their argument escalates until Anupama intervenes.
Anupama scolds both girls for misbehaving. The whole family gathers. Aadhya defiantly says that if someone taunts her once, she will taunt them a thousand times. She says she will leave the house once she returns the ten lakhs spent on her upbringing. Toshu claims it was Anu Ki Rasoi’s money, but Anupama firmly states it was her personal savings.
Aadhya bangs a steel plate and declares she won’t leave until she repays every rupee. Baa and Aadhya argue like typical Gujarati elders. Aadhya claims the entire house is “poison”, leading Baa to sarcastically ask her to “eat them and die”. The family watches in shock.
Mahi breaks down in guilt. Prem follows her, comforting her gently. She confesses she was jealous and scared of losing Anupama’s love. Prem assures her that jealousy is a normal emotion and encourages her to apologise, reminding her she is a good-hearted girl.
Meanwhile, Anupama cries to Ansh, confused and hurt by Mahi’s behaviour. Ansh explains that Mahi has always yearned for love and now fears losing Anupama to Aadhya. Anupama realises she must handle both girls sensitively. She admits that if Aadhya wins the competition and repays the money, she may leave the house again — a fear that terrifies her.

Ansh announces a talent hunt competition in Gujarat with a ten lakh cash prize and a ticket to America for the winner. Mahi says everyone will participate, but only one can win. Aadhya asks for Anupama’s blessings and vows to win the prize money so she can repay her dues and leave the house.
