Anupama is confused by the receipt, finding it difficult to understand what it is for. The mention of “Ashram” makes her think of an orphanage, leading her to wonder if Guru Maa had given her own son away. She quickly dismisses this thought, reminding herself that no mother would willingly do such a thing. She also considers the possibility that her son may no longer be in the orphanage if he had been given away at a young age. However, she decides to focus on finding him now. Kavya is pleased with Baa’s gratitude and shares her happiness with the baby, hoping he/she can hear.
Kinjal is serving Baa soup, but Baa requests something else. Vanraj reminds her that oily and unhealthy foods are like poison for her and encourages her to eat healthier. Kinjal also reminds Baa to take her BP medicine on time. Despite Babu ji’s reminder to take care of herself, Baa insists on going to the hospital. Toshu threatens to tell Anupama if she refuses to take the medicine, but Baa assures that she is not afraid. Vanraj warns Baa about a long lecture from Anupama, but Baa decides that soup is a better option. However, she also acknowledges the need to inform Anupama about her condition before she becomes upset about Malti Devi’s health issues.
Upon entering the bedroom, Anupama took a file from Anuj’s hands as he woke up from his sleep. Inquiring about her whereabouts, Anuj mentioned her caring nature as she explained that she had gone to Gurukul earlier. Just then, Anuj coughed and Anupama quickly offered him some water, asking if they had ice cream while she was out. Amused by this, Anuj jokingly commented on their age and promised to get it for her next time. Changing the subject, Anupama informed him that Kinjal had called to say that Baa had fainted. Surprised by this news, Anuj expressed his concern and suggested taking her to a good doctor if needed. Admiring her husband’s compassion, Anupama praised him as she shared how Baa would always take responsibility for Vanraj’s mistakes despite being treated unfairly at times.
A file is brought up by Anuj. Anupama tells him that she has found Malti Devi’s son certificate, and says she does have one. Anupama says he is of your age, which is why she may be calling me a beta. Then he asks if her son’s name was there. Anuj says to search for her son; maybe she will feel better seeing him. The question is where is her son, and Anupama asks her to go to sleep. We’ll talk tomorrow.
Vanraj checks on Baa and Babu ji while they are sleeping, expressing his love and concern for them. Baa jokes that he was probably checking if she had passed away. Vanraj shares how he struggles to be apart from his parents and wishes to always be with them. He confesses his love for them, but Baa teasingly remarks that he is saying it with a laugh. Later, Babu ji tells Leela that Vanraj is a good son and father who will also make a good husband for Kavya, unlike in his previous marriage with Anupama.
Anupama performs tulsi pujan and implores God to reunite Guru Maa with her son. She expresses concern for the emotional distress that Guru Maa will face leaving her son in an orphanage. Suddenly, Samar appears and embraces Anupama while shedding tears. Puzzled, she asks what’s wrong and why he is upset. Samar reveals the devastating news of his close friend Manoj’s passing in a car accident. Anupama consoles him with a hug and offers prayers for peace. She then invites him to sit down as he explains that Manoj’s wife is pregnant and the child will need a father’s love and support throughout their life. Samar makes the decision to take out a policy for the child’s sake, realizing the never-ending responsibilities of being a parent.
Anupama reassures that her children will be safe and requests him to take care of Manoj’s family. She offers a prayer for the well-being of both Manoj and Malti Devi, along with her son. Anupama then approaches Malti Devi and inquires about her meal preferences. As she gazes at Malti Devi, Anupama shows her their picture together, reminding her that she was planning to take her to America but couldn’t due to certain circumstances. Malti Devi receives some blurred visions and shares them with Anupama, who assures her that she will regain all her memories soon. Meanwhile, Anuj opens the cupboard and discovers the file in the drawer, retrieving it instantly.
