Anuj gazes at the file, wondering if it’s the one Anu had mentioned. He opens it, but is interrupted by little Anu seeking help with her Math homework. Setting the file aside, Anuj goes to fetch her book. Meanwhile, Anupama proudly shows Malti Devi her ghungroo and Malti Devi immediately recognizes her as Anupama. Beaming with joy, Anupama says her own name and recalls their first meeting. She thanks Malti Devi for the lep she made for her when she hurt her feet on glass pieces. And then, fondly mentions that Malti Devi had also attended Samar’s wedding.

Malti Devi reflects on her past actions and seeks retribution. She expresses regret for mistreating Anupama and preventing her from seeing her own children. Despite this, she is still being treated unfairly by Anupama. Malti Devi feels ashamed of herself and praises Anupama’s goodness. In response, Anupama acknowledges Malti Devi as her teacher. However, Malti Devi continues to put herself down, but Anupama comforts her with a hug. Meanwhile, Anuj overhears their conversation and assumes that Malti Devi has realized her mistake. He believes it would be best if she leaves. Choti Anu interrupts him, causing him to leave the scene. Later, Malti Devi apologizes to Anupama for not respecting her as a teacher. Understandingly, Anupama reminds her that even gurus are capable of making mistakes and accepts her apology.

Kinjal is tending to the vegetables when Baa offers her help. However, Kinjal insists on doing it and kindly reminds Baa to take some rest instead. Baa remarks that Kinjal always threatens her. Babu ji jokes about the typical mother-in-law and daughter-in-law dynamic, calling it a “nice episode.” Vanraj agrees and adds that these interactions are rare. Just then, Dimpy enters, announcing that she has put Pari to sleep. Kinjal praises Dimpy for how well she takes care of Pari and Toshu admits that Pari seems calmer in Dimpy’s arms than his own. Vanraj confirms this and Kinjal asks when they plan on having a baby with Samar. Baa interjects, advising Kinjal not to even think about it since they can barely handle one child. Kavya suddenly appears, ready to go for her sonography appointment. Surprised, Kinjal asks if she is indeed going for the appointment. Baa instructs Vanraj to take Kavya to the hospital because they cannot have her ride in a rickshaw alone.

Anuj explains to Anupama that it’s a good thing she remembers her memories and has recognized her. She will be fine soon. However, Anupama objects, stating that they shouldn’t pressure her. Barkha brings up the fact that Malti Devi, who tried to harm you, wants their help now. Anupama reminds them that everyone has been given second chances; even Adhik and Romil got one. Paakhi suggests changing the subject and planning Buddy’s birthday party. She asks Anuj what kind of party he wants – option 1, a traditional Barjatya family-style party; option 2, a glamorous Yashraj filmy party where everyone from Babu ji to Pari will be dressed up; or option 3, her style of rocking party? Adhik agrees with Option 3. Eventually, when pressured too much, Anuj gives in and agrees to have Paakhi’s style party. Romil volunteers to help Paakhi plan the party but Adhik insists it’s unnecessary. However, Paakhi says they need everyone’s help for the event. Barkha expresses concern about Malti Devi being present at the party and possibly causing

As she enters her room, she quickly glances through the file. Fixating on the baby’s photo, she ponders if he could be Guru Maa’s son. Making her way to Malti Devi, the latter profusely apologizes and admits her wrongdoing. Anupama then reassures her that while she wants Malti Devi to remember everything, she doesn’t want her to dwell on the painful memories. She then asks if she can pose a question and reveals finding a photo while rummaging through Malti Devi’s belongings. As Malti Devi recalls her husband’s words about taking care of their son if he is seen as a burden, emotions run high for Guru Maa who cries out that the child is indeed her own. With prayers to God for help in reuniting them with their son, Anupama seeks closure for all parties involved.

Afterwards, Anupama gathers the presents while Anuj watches curiously. She reveals that one of them is a surprise for him to be opened at a later time. Anuj responds with disappointment, claiming he has already seen the surprise. This prompts Anupama to playfully chastise him and question his impatience. Anuj retorts by reminding her that he waited 26 years for her and asks for some respect. However, Anupama quickly points out his lack of patience in waiting just 24 hours to open the gift. In response, she playfully hits him with a pillow and reminds him of their age-old joke about playing statue. She takes the card from his hand and affectionately refers to him as Bhola Ram, teasingly suggesting they are not actually playing a game of statues. Anuj agrees, admitting he had forgotten and goes back to complimenting his lovely wife. He attempts to get romantic with her but she hesitates, concerned someone might see them. But he insists on showing his love anyway by kissing her forehead while the song “Nazar ke saamne” plays in the background. As they lean in for another kiss, something catches Anuj’s eye and he excitedly shares it
