The Episode begins with Anupama introducing Anuj and their daughter to the Sadhus, stating that he is her husband. She requests them to allow Anuj to accompany her so she can arrange for his treatment. The Sadhu inquires why she wants to disturb him when he doesn’t want to go with her. He suggests they stay at the nearby Ashram for a few days. However, Anupama refuses and urges them not to disregard her prayers by sending him with her.
Vanraj requests her to allow Anuj to join them. However, Anupama declines. The sadhus then lead Anuj away. Distraught, Anupama sobs and wonders how he could have forgotten her, since he never forgot her even when she was not his. Toshu reminds her to be grateful for finding Anuj, no matter his current state. Kinjal points out that she got to see him today and will get the chance to meet him again tomorrow. In disbelief, Toshu asks if this is really happening. Vanraj confirms it with a smile, overjoyed by the reunion of Anupama and Anuj.
Anuj and Anupama are brought to the Ashram, where the Sadhu applies lep on Anuj’s forehead, and the others massage his hands. Upon waking up, Anupama immediately expresses her desire to go see Anuj. She is also concerned for Aadhya and insists on being taken to where Anuj is. Babu Ji advises her to stay calm and compose herself so that she can care for Anuj.
The Shah family discusses Anuj, with Baa stating that Shruti did not actively search for him. He has gone from being wealthy to a beggar. Toshu and Pakhi hold Anupama accountable for ruining Anuj’s life, while Dimpy and Titu also blame her. Kinjal adds that Anupama made Titu wait for 5 years as well. She decides to visit their mother, but Vanraj intervenes and reminds them that Anupama is the only one responsible for her current situation and they should not offer her any help.
Titu and Kinjal announce their plans to visit her. Dimpy then asks Titu if he heard Papa’s words. Titu responds that just as she can’t forget what Papa has done for her, he can’t forget all the things Mummy has done for them. After this exchange, they leave. Toshu remarks that Titu is a snake in the grass. Vanraj adds that they will deal with them later, but for now they need to figure out what happened to Anuj.
As Titu and Kinjal approach Babu ji, he expresses his disappointment in the lack of coffee. He sympathizes with Anupama and her current situation. Bala and Indra join them, reminding Babu ji that he should rest as they have to leave for Rajkot the next day. Despite not wanting to leave Anupama, Babu ji is obliged to go for the sake of a friend.
In her dream, Anupama is visited by Anuj pleading for her not to abandon him. Upon awakening, she decides to head to the Ashram. As she ventures outside, she notices Sadhus on the lookout for Anuj. After inquiring about his whereabouts, she learns that he has gone out somewhere. Driven by concern, Anupama sets off to find him. Meanwhile, Anuj is strolling down the road reflecting on Anupama’s inquiry about their daughter Aadhya. She implores him to reveal the reason for his anger and expresses her inability to live with such animosity between them. In the midst of their conversation, Anupama falls unexpectedly.
Anuj reaches out and assists her in standing up. As he sees her face, his expression turns from surprise to concern, and he collapses. Worried, she calls out to him by name and quickly realizes that he has a high fever. Frantically, she cries out for assistance and attempts to revive him. Meanwhile, a song plays in the background…”hume tumse pyaar kitna”. She considers going for Sadhu’s help, but then reconsiders due to the possibility of him disappearing again. In desperation, she continues to plead for someone to come to their aid.
Vanraj contemplates Anuj’s fall from wealth to poverty and questions the reliability of fate. He wonders how he himself, a mediocre businessman, can maintain his status if even someone as successful as Anuj can experience such a downfall. He also blames his children for their behavior and believes that Anupama is the root cause of all his family’s troubles. He claims that her actions have led to her separation from Anuj, just as she had separated him from his father. Referring to her previous curse, he coldly adds that she has brought it upon herself and deserves the pain, sorrow, and tears that come with it. As Anupama brings a pushalong cart to help him, Vanraj finally gets onto it.

Anupama inquires Anuj about Aadhya’s whereabouts. Anuj informs her that Ankush had mentioned Aadhya going to seek solace from God at a distant place. Anupama remains confident that her beloved Choti is safe and well. However, Anuj requests her to keep her distance from him.
