The episode begins with Toshu and Pakhi returning to Asha Bhavan, tired and broken. Everyone looks at them with mixed emotions. Dolly says it is good they did not act foolish like Toshu and Pakhi. Dimpy adds that otherwise they too would have faced the same humiliation. Toshu admits they can laugh or taunt them, but they have nowhere else to go. Pakhi pleads for shelter, saying they are exhausted and numb.

Babu ji says only Anupama will decide. Indra agrees, adding that Anu’s decision is final. Toshu and Pakhi ask for another chance. They even try to emotionally manipulate Pari and Ishu, but the kids refuse, saying they were happier in their absence. Finally, Baa asks if they realize their mistake. They nod, and Baa calls them in. Anupama, however, stops them. She says they can only stay if they fold their hands and apologize to every Asha Bhavan member, follow all house rules, respect everyone, and contribute to expenses.

Toshu and Pakhi apologize, but Anupama closes the door, saying it was only a test to see if they left their arrogance outside. They beg again, and finally she lets them stay, warning them not to bring back their attitude.

Later, Anuj lightens Anupama’s mood with tamarind candy. They share a playful conversation about past lives, imagining themselves as a torturous queen and a captive king. Anuj promises that in their next birth, he wishes for happiness without such children or burdens.

Meanwhile, Toshu and Pakhi reluctantly do chores. Pakhi complains about ironing clothes with a heavy press, while Toshu mocks the residents. Anupama overhears and reminds them she ironed for the family for 25 years without complaints. She orders them to finish quickly to save electricity.

Babu ji asks Anupama to safeguard Kinjal and others’ jewellery. She hesitates but eventually locks it away in a trunk. Toshu overhears and secretly follows her, eyeing the valuables. Just then, Sagar helps Anupama with the trunk and tries to share about his relationship with Meenu, but their talk is interrupted when Mahi cries.

Elsewhere, Anupama finds out that Ansh and Ishu beat Mahi, refusing to play with her because she is not part of the Shah family. Pari reveals that Dimpy influenced them. Anupama scolds Dimpy for poisoning children’s minds with greed and property disputes. She warns that as Ansh’s grandmother, she will not allow wrong values to be taught. Dimpy is left speechless.

Anuj later tells Anupama that Aadhya carries her values. They playfully argue about whose influence is stronger, and Anuj confesses he proposed to her only so he could listen to her lectures all his life.
