Devika warns Malti Devi not to follow the same path as Paakhi, who allegedly turned her husband into a coward. Paakhi inquires if she should put her husband in harm’s way. Devika then suggests that Paakhi keeps a close watch over her husband, similar to how she keeps him connected to her pallu. Malti Devi explains to Anupama that men like Rathore are capable of anything. Anuj acknowledges that Samar lost his life because of him and he must seek justice for him, regardless of whether he was at fault or not.
Malti Devi asks Anupama to let go of her stubbornness. Paakhi asks Anupama to agree. Devika asks Malti Devi to let go of her stubbornness. Adhik says we almost lost the case. Malti Devi blames Anupama. Anuj says nobody will say anything to Anu if they fight the case. Barkha tells them they will lose.
Vanraj informs that he intends to attend the court hearing today. However, Kavya, Toshu, Kinjal, baa, and Babu ji intercept him. Baa kindly suggests he have some water. Vanraj reiterates his desire for his son to receive justice. Kavya expresses concern that if he goes to court with an agitated state of mind, their opponents may use it against them and win the case. Nevertheless, Vanraj remains determined to go. Just then, Dimpy appears and implores him to stay calm for Samar’s sake. She assures him that not going to court does not mean he is not supporting Mummy and Anuj; on the contrary, it may weaken their case. She suggests they all pray for Samar’s well-being since today marks the first hearing of the case.
As Ankush addresses Barkha, Paakhi, and other individuals, he expresses his disapproval of their use of emotional manipulation on Anupama. He patiently awaits their response. Just then, Anupama appears and assures Malti Devi that even though she is taking her son’s side in court, she will also make sure to bring back Anuj. She promises to protect him regardless of whether she returns with him or not. Seeking Malti Devi’s blessings, Anupama is asked about her plan for Devika and her own strategy. She replies that they will first drop off Anuj at the courthouse before making any further moves. In support, Ankush adds that he will accompany Anuj as well.
As Suresh explains to his lawyer, he doesn’t just want to win the case, but he wants to teach them a lesson for messing up with him and his son. He is thanked by Sonu. Vanraj says Anuj is fighting for my son alone while I sit here. Baa praises Anuj and worries for him. Anuj, Anupama and others are in the car. Anupama suspects a guy and she gets down to confront him, but the guy claims he didn’t do anything wrong.
Devika begins to interview Vinay while Anuj sends a message to Anupama that the case is about to begin. She asks Vinay if the café has been affected by the murder case. Vinay responds, saying they should focus on his café and clarifies that he has no involvement in the case as the accused is Sonu/Shivansh, not him. He adds that he feels sorry for the victim but insists he was not with Shivansh at the time of the incident. Devika then presents a video and questions Vinay about his presence with Shivansh on the night of the incident.
Vinay argues that the death of someone is not a big deal and urges her to stop recording. He points out that even the police did not conduct such a thorough investigation. Devika believes they should have done more. Anupama becomes furious and slaps Vinay, declaring that Samar is not just some insignificant creature but her beloved son. She accuses Vinay of accepting money from Sonu and being present when her son was shot. Infuriated, she demands that he leave. In response, Vinay calls for security to remove her from the premises. Devika reminds Anupama to take care of herself for Samar’s sake. Seeing the camera, Vinay attempts to take it but Devika snatches it from him and leaves with Anupama.
Devika inquires if Vanraj’s misconduct has also made Anupama lose her temper. She informs that it is already noon and the proceedings have begun. To Anupama’s surprise, she blames herself for the chaos and questions how she could have let this happen. Devika assures her not to hold herself responsible as a mother always defends her child against any accusations. She reminds Anupama that they have Anuj by their side who will handle the situation. Just then, Anuj sends a message informing them that the hearing is about to begin and they should turn off their phones. Together, they head to court.
Anuj and Ankush leave the courtroom after the case hearing ends. Anuj apologizes to Anupama shocking her. Devika says the call is coming from home.

In response, Anupama tells Babu ji they will fight the case in high court and will not accept defeat. Dimpy asks her not to fight and says Toshu and Kinjal are moving abroad. Anupama asks where they are going? Babu ji says abroad.
