Anupama 25th September 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Anupama sharing her pain with Anuj. She tells him that she feels as if she is paying for sins from her past birth. She wonders how long she will be questioned and judged for everything she does. She says no matter what good she tries to do, she ends up seen as a villain. She recalls how Meenu is her niece, but Dolly handed her over since birth, and she raised her as her own daughter. She admits she sometimes calls Sagar by Samar’s name and loves him deeply. Anupama says Sagar often consulted her even while buying a shirt, but this time he chose his life partner without telling her, and that too Meenu, who is very close to her. She blames herself for ignoring Dolly’s warnings.

Anuj gently asks her what hurt her more: that Sagar and Meenu fell in love without her consent, or that they kept it a secret. At the same time, Dolly announces firmly that she has decided to get Meenu married soon, without listening to anyone, not even her father. Bala takes Sagar away, while Baa warns him that if she sees him again, she will slap him.

Anuj tries to make Anupama see another side. He says that love is never in one’s control and reminds her that even their love was questioned once. He explains that unlike the older generation, Sagar and Meenu have not neglected their careers or studies. They love each other while still pursuing their dreams. He tells her that Dolly is judging social status, just as people judged them in the past. He asks whether Meenu and Sagar should not have the right to decide their own future. He adds that if they deserve punishment, it should be only for not sharing the truth earlier, not for falling in love. Anupama places her hand over his, showing her support.

Elsewhere, Toshu and Pakhi taunt Sagar, showing him profiles from a matrimonial site they claim to have made for Meenu. Sagar gets angry, insisting no one can love or respect Meenu like he does. Toshu mocks him, saying Anupama will never allow him to marry Meenu. Sagar replies that whatever decision Anupama takes will be final for him.

Back with Anupama and Anuj, she tells him that supporting love is easy, but convincing family is much harder. She explains that Dolly is not wrong either, as parents dream of certain matches for their children. She recalls how she supported love marriages in the past with Kinjal and Toshu, Samar and Dimpy, Adhik and Pakhi, but she believes Meenu and Sagar will not be happy if they marry against the family’s wishes. Anuj responds that while Dolly has rights as Meenu’s mother, forcing her to marry without consent would be unjust.

Meanwhile, Dolly and Baa scold Meenu harshly. Dolly accuses her of ruining the family’s name by loving someone who lacks wealth, looks, and family status. Baa says they know nothing about his background. They claim every love marriage in their family has failed. Meenu counters them, saying the family already lost respect when Toshu eloped with crores. She questions whether the arranged marriages in the house, including her parents’, are truly happy. Meenu declares she will only find happiness with Sagar and warns she may disappear like Aadhya if they do not understand her love.

In a lighter but emotional moment, Anuj tells Anupama that he wants to marry her again. He says he cannot wait anymore and wants to make her Mrs. Kapadia officially. Anupama hesitates, questioning why they need marriage again when they already live together happily with Aadhya. She compares their bond to Radha and Krishna, saying love is beyond rituals. Anuj insists he does not want their relationship questioned by anyone and dreams of completing what they missed. Though scared, Anupama listens as he says he never wants to lose her again.

Meanwhile, Kinjal overhears Toshu and Pakhi discussing how they lost the jewellery they planned to steal. She confronts them, saying they have stooped low and will soon be exposed. Pakhi tries to blame Toshu, while Toshu claims Kinjal is bluffing. Kinjal warns that Mummy will find out the truth soon.

Precap: Anupama advises Sagar to fight for his love but not against his family. She then announces that Meenu and Sagar have decided to marry, and she will support them. Dolly angrily accuses Anupama of provoking her own daughter to marry an auto driver.
