In her mind, Maaya wants to kill Anupama, but Anupama is worried about her and is trying to calm her down. In her view, Anupama took her daughter from an orphanage and gave her a home and a family, and Anupama is still concerned about her well-being. She has cursed Anupama and Anupama has always blessed her, and there is no one worse than her. She should be ashamed of herself.
Anupama believes that anger is only harmful and will not bring any benefits. She trusts that Ganapati bappa will support her if she changes her ways. Instead of calling her Maaya, she plans to refer to her as Little Anu. If she notices Maaya getting angry, she will return to Anuj’s life. Life is precious and unpredictable. Before parting ways, Anupama met with the intention of helping Maaya overcome her fears. She urges her to live peacefully and take care of herself as well as Little Anu and Anuj. Regardless of whether Maaya believes it or not, Anupama has always wished for her well-being and continues to pray for her speedy recovery. She embraces Maaya before leaving and reminds her to take care of herself.
In response to Kinjal’s offer of turmeric milk, Kavya makes faces and says she cannot stand it. Kinjal says she has made faces too, but mummy used to scold her and give her milk. Dimpy asks Kinjal if she should have told her to prepare something for Maaya. Kinjal says it’s okay. Dimpy says people will think the new daughter-in-law is useless if only Kinjal works. Kinjal says no drama should be created out of a small issue, and walks away. Kavya also says the same, irking Dimpy.
The family is unaware what is going on at Kapadia house because Paakhi is not picking up calls. Anupama returns to the living room. Little Anu walks up to her crying and says she heard Anupama and Maaya talking, and she is sorry for the anger she caused. Little Anu promises her that it is her duty to stay with her mother and take care of her because Maaya is ill. Anupama pampers her.
In a message to Samar, Adhik informs the family that everything is fine there, but Adhik does not know what happened between Anupama and Maaya. Leela says it’s fine, she will talk to Anupama later. Samar says he will bring Kavya’s bags. Dimpy says they need to visit the dance academy. Samar says she can go, he’ll join her later. Families disperse. Dimpy shouts at Samar that they have to go on a coffee date after visiting the dance academy, but he wants to become a coolie.
Samar says what’s wrong with helping family, he can’t ask Vanraj to lift weight at this age. Dimpy says why is it only him who pays for family expenses and does all the work while Toshu slouches around and wanders behind his wife and child. After listening to their conversation, Kinjal walks away fuming. Samar gets angry with Dimpy and says that everything belongs to everyone in this house, everyone has equal responsibilities. Leela looks concerned while listening to them.
Little Anu expresses her sadness at the thought of Anupama leaving. Anupama assures her that she can visit anytime, and asks her to take care of Maaya. Little Anu then approaches Maaya and reprimands her for mistreating Anupama. She reminds Maaya of all the ways Anupama has shown her love and kindness, while Maaya has caused pain for their family. After expressing her hatred towards Maaya, little Anu walks away. The memories of these events cause Maaya to have a nervous breakdown, as she recalls Anupama’s words about needing to change before it’s too late.
