Vanraj says he cannot do it. The doctor believes that organ donation is a noble act, yet in times of loss, one may struggle to make the right decision. The inspector adds that when we are faced with overwhelming pain, our actions hold little significance. Anuj reminds Vanraj of his faith in the Bhagwat Gita, where the body is seen as mere clothing to the soul and advises him not to be attached to it. He suggests that through organ donation, they can perform one last good deed for Samar’s soul. Anuj shares that the doctor informed him about a young man, similar in age to Samar, who is fighting for his life after an accident and needs an organ transplant. He explains that Samar’s organs could save this person’s life, but ultimately it must be Vanraj and Anupama’s decision, not someone else’s.
Dimpy is sitting, clutching Samar and her marriage’s photo frame, while Oh Palanhare plays in the background. Paakhi and Kavya are inconsolably weeping, joined by Kinjal, Toshu, and Baa. Anupama stands in shock as she tries to comfort Paakhi and worries about Kavya’s baby who is also crying. She tends to babu ji and soothes Baa before turning her attention to Dimpy, urging her to have some water. Still reeling from the shock, Dimpy remains speechless. Anupama gently reminds her that she is not only Samar’s wife but also the mother-to-be of his child who will now grow up fatherless. She implores Dimpy to let out her emotions and cry because their dear Samar is no longer with them and will never return. She reminds Dimpy that their baby has lost its father even before it was born. With tears streaming down her face, Baa echoes Anupama’s words as she urges Dimpy to cry for Samar who has left them forever.
Dimpy has a sudden realization and breaks down in tears. The inspector reveals that they have identified the culprit responsible for Samar’s death. Vanraj demands to know why the person hasn’t been arrested yet, stating that his son has tragically lost his life while others have suffered no consequences. Frustrated, he questions why nothing is being done about it. The inspector explains that they are trying to gather evidence, but unfortunately, the suspect comes from a powerful family and there are difficulties in prosecuting them. He asks Anuj and Vanraj to understand the limitations they are facing and mentions that the suspect is a spoiled child of a prominent builder. He continues by saying that there are loopholes in the law which handcuff their ability to take action. This prompts Vanraj to declare that if justice cannot be served through legal means, he will take matters into his own hands for the sake of his son’s memory.
Dimpy sobs uncontrollably while Anupama sings the Chandaniya song and peers towards the door. She expresses her desire to see her son, but realizes it is impossible. Suddenly, the sound of a Police jeep interrupts them and they all stand up. Vanraj, Anuj, and Adhik arrive accompanied by hospital staff carrying Samar’s lifeless body. Grief consumes everyone as they witness Samar’s body draped in a cloth. Anupama takes a seat and gently pulls the cloth away from his face, causing everyone to wail in agony. Dimpy leans against his chest, inconsolable tears streaming down her face. Vanraj and Anuj also join them, shedding tears for their beloved Samar.
As Dimy says, “I know you said you’d live long, but you couldn’t even stay with me for a year.” Baa cries. Paakhi asks Samar to get up or I will call you a loser. Babu ji says there is no betterment if a young life is ended. Toshu regrets sending him. When Anupama calls Samar, she says, “I didn’t know you would come this way, but you love me so much that you met me before going to God and had kheer made by me, so I didn’t know you would come this way.”.

Anuj asks Anupama to believe him, and says if he had known, he would have given his life instead, but wouldn’t have let Samar suffer. Anuj asks if you think I am responsible for Samar’s death. Anupama remains silent. Anuj says he can tolerate her anger and hatred, but he can’t bear her silence. Anupama cries.
