In her words, Anupama said that she thought everything was over and that there was no point in living, but now everything seems to have changed. Life has given her another chance, and she has a feeling that she can be happy, even though she has failed twice. Anuj thinks she is talking about two marriages. As Anupama explains, life has given me a third chance, and I now feel ready to embrace this opportunity.
Anuj says you are doing right and will get a chance to move on in life. He says you deserve it and I have seen so many things in Mr. Dhillion’s eyes, responsibility, care, love. I believe that both of you can be happy together. After asking him to stop, Anupama clarified that I was not talking about Yashdeep Sir but about superstar chefs and that I had been re-invited as a wild card contestant.

Seeing Anuj talking to Shruti in Shruti’s room and turning to leave, Anupama says I’m increasing my hopes to feed Aadhya with my hands. When Shruti calls her back, she turns to leave. Shruti says she will take the medicine but won’t take haldi milk. Anupama insists. She takes it. She congrats Anupama for winning. She asks her to sit down.
Her preparation for the competition will involve learning the names of the ingredients in English. Anuj tells Shruti to take a break and says Nurse will return after dinner. Shruti thinks we should set a date for the wedding or else I will feel insecure. Anuj asks her not to take stress and says everything will be fine once you recover. She says she’s afraid.
Anupama reads the English names of the vegetables. Anuj hears her and corrects her. He asked if he wanted me to help him since he said there was a two-day finale. He says what you’ll do if you don’t understand the names. She asks what Salmon is and if it’s Salman Khan. Anuj says it’s a fish, but l is silent about salmon. When Anupama asked for additional names, she couldn’t remember. He asked her to remember them by telling a story. They laughed.
Hearing them laugh aloud upsets Shruti. Anupama says Baa won’t leave me if I touch meat. Anuj and Anupama run to Shruti after she throws her medicine box to interrupt their laughter. Then Anuj asks Shruti what happened. She woke up from sleep and kicked the box with her leg. She tells him she saw a bad dream that he was going far from her. She holds his hand.
She picks up the glass pieces and the medicine box. She leaves. Shruti asks her to close the door. Nurse Ana asks what happened. Anupama says she had kept it on the table.
As Vanraj tells Ansh he will beat Magic uncle, Babu ji pats on Vanraj’s head and says that if he beats Titu, he will beat him. He sends away and explains to Vanraj that he used to scold his kids when they were young, and now Dimpy and Titu have the same rights. Vanraj claims Titu is not his father but his stepfather.
Vanraj thinks Titu should become father first and smirks. Anupama walks into Aadhya’s room and covers her with a blanket. Anupama says Kanha ji take care of my daughter.

When Aadhya gets a fever, Anupama takes care of her. Anuj takes their picture. Diya tells Anupama that if Anuj’s marriage doesn’t work, it will be another shock for her. Anupama states that this diary is my support. Aadhya tears the diary pages.
