The Episode begins with Vinay praising the food prepared by Vandana, who then mentions her father’s fondness for it. As she becomes emotional, Sarita inquires about her tears and Anjali makes a sarcastic remark. This leads to Vinay reprimanding Anjali and a heated argument between Sarita and Vandana. In the midst of this, Vandana asks if Vaibhav has called while Vinay expresses his frustration at Vaibhav leaving Vandana alone. He urges her to keep Vaibhav in check, causing further disagreement between Sarita and Vandana. Despite the tension, Vandana assures that Vaibhav will return soon, but Sarita insists on him not taking sides with Vandana. In the end, Vaibhav and Mrunal enjoy the food without further drama.
After preparing the food, Vandana explains to Sarita and Anjali that Vaibhav will likely be exhausted when he returns home, so they should all enjoy the meal together. She takes a quick sip of water before calling him and patiently waiting for his arrival. Once Sarita and Anjali show up, she reminds them of the upcoming Satyanarayan puja and insists that both Vaibhav and his wife must participate in it before they can sleep in the same room. Vandana kindly offers to keep their jewelry safe until the puja tomorrow, handing over any imitation pieces to Sarita and Anjali as requested.
Anjali teases Sarita, who then questions the authenticity of the lightweight piece of jewelry. Vandana assures her that it is real and that their father worked hard to be able to purchase it. Sarita then criticizes the quality of the jewelry, prompting her to ask Anjali to keep it. Vandana suggests they wait for Vaibhav to arrive before eating and sleeping. However, Sarita reminds them that he is out working and should not be disturbed often. She advises Vandana to focus on being a good daughter-in-law and wife in his absence so that he will be pleased with them. After explaining the household duties, Sarita retires for the night while Vandana waits for Vaibhav’s return. Meanwhile, Kunal observes a picture of Vandana and Vaibhav together from the balcony. As Vaibhav finally arrives home, Sarita tells him he can do as he pleases but not right away. He disagrees with her controlling nature, causing her to express concern about what people might think if he goes out at this time of night. Unaware of this conversation, Vandana asks who is being doubted as someone looks over at Kunal in the balcony.
Sarita deceives Vandana by asking her to sleep in her room for the night and promising that they will have their own room starting tomorrow. After Sarita leaves, Vandana embraces Vaibhav and tearfully reveals that she misses him dearly and how their relationship has evolved from friendship to marriage. Vaibhav reassures her that he will not change and she can address him however she likes. Vandana admits that she waited a long time for him and would have cried if he had been any later. Meanwhile, Kunal gazes at Sonia’s photo and expresses his feelings of anger towards her for betraying him and destroying his trust. Someone observes this interaction between them. Vandana invites Vaibhav to join her for dinner, but he apologizes as he has already eaten. He asks for two minutes to freshen up before joining her.
Vandana wakes up in the morning to see everyone sleeping. She smiles and thanks Bappa. Vandana gets ready and goes to fill the drinking water. She talks to the neighbors. Sarita sees Vandana getting the water buckets. Vandana starts cooking.
Sarita is in charge of everything. Unfortunately, she has developed a backache. In the meantime, Vandana is taking over and assures everyone that she will handle all the tasks. Vinay invites her to sit down for a cup of tea, and she agrees but also remembers to make one for Anjali. Sarita reminds Vinay to finish his work while Vandana lovingly wakes up Vaibhav, who initially refuses to get up. As Vandana turns around, her saree gets caught on Vaibhav and she kindly asks him to let go, only to realize he is asleep. She smiles at the cute moment.
