Everyone has breakfast in the episode. Kuldeep acts sweet. He says we will go shopping, it is Bobby’s wedding. Vaani says no, I won’t go anywhere. I’m not feeling well. He says you’ll get better, we’ll go out, spend time with Tara. Tara says she’s not fine, let it be, I have to go to tuition, I have lots of new clothes, mother taught me not to waste money without need. He says excellent, Vandana has taught you good values. I will get Vaani a saree.
Keeping an eye on him is Vandana’s opinion. She doesn’t tell Kunal what’s going on. She sees Kuldeep leave. She says I have to meet a vendor for wedding shopping, and I’ll just come. She follows Kuldeep to get proof. She looks tense. Something happened. She can’t stop Kuldeep and Vaani from doing this. Kunal says something happened.
Vedika and Vaani are together when Pammi arrives and requests Vedika’s presence. However, Vedika declines, explaining that she wants to stay with her sick mother. Vaani suggests that Vedika goes with Pammi instead, as Vandana will soon join them. Reluctantly, Vedika agrees and follows Pammi, while Vandana joins Kuldeep. Meanwhile, Vaani mentions feeling cold and asks Kunal if he wants tea. She then apologizes for not being able to make tea as there is no one else at home, and Vandana is occupied with work. She explains that she caught a cold from sleeping in the AC and expresses her fear of Kuldeep doing something wrong to her now that he has returned since losing her memory. Kunal reassures her that Kuldeep is not at fault for what happened in the past, but Vaani still feels guilty and offers to make tea for him before leaving.
Vandana avoids Kuldeep’s presence and wonders where he may have gone. Kunal contacts Vandana and inquires about her whereabouts. She promises to quickly finish her tasks before joining him. After their call ends, Kunal realizes that Vandana must be alone at home. Suddenly, a strong smell of gas catches his attention. Meanwhile, Vandana spots Kuldeep and tails him. Sensing danger, Kunal rushes to prevent Vaani from turning on the stove. He promptly turns off the gas and opens the windows to ventilate the house. Grateful that he arrived just in time, he remembers that Vandana was also present earlier and ponders how she could have been so careless.
Kunal says Vaani lost her memory because of the medicines, and she will remember everything if they stop. I want Kunal to hate Vaani because of this. The doctor says you have already given her many medicines. She hears them. The doctor says she can die by overdose. Kuldeep says he doesn’t care if she dies. He’ll kill Vandana if she interferes. Her phone rings. Vandana runs and hides.
Perhaps the staff was here, says the doctor. Kuldeep is invited. Vandana thinks I wish I had made a video and that I would find out the truth. Kunal says she’s not answering, and it’s a big thing. Kuldeep says follow my instructions. Kuldeep says he felt someone was following him. Is Vandana following me? She searches for Vaani’s file in the doctor’s cabin. The doctor arrives there. He takes a call and leaves.
Vandana takes photos of the file as the doctor approaches. He questions her, curious about her identity and purpose for being there. He suspects it to be Vaani’s file, and she confirms, revealing herself as Vandana, the daughter-in-law of the Malhotras. She accuses him and Kuldeep of prescribing the wrong medication to Vaani and threatens to report them to the police, knowing that it could cost them their medical licenses. The doctor pleads with her not to ruin his career, confessing that he followed Kuldeep’s instructions. Vandana makes a deal with him, demanding cooperation in exchange for not involving Kuldeep. He reluctantly agrees, acknowledging he has no choice but to comply with her demands. Once satisfied with his compliance, Vandana leaves.
The doctor will help me expose Kuldeep. Kunal asks her what happened when she returns home. She asks how can you switch on the gas knob and leave, how can you become irresponsible, if I hadn’t arrived on time, everything would have been burned. I remember switching off the gas. No, you were lost. Kuldeep recalls Pammi switching on the gas knob to kill Vaani and Pammi.
Vandana apologizes for switching off the machine, while Vaani and Vedika are confident it was turned off. Kuldeep acts kindly towards them, but Vandana suspects his involvement. She is determined to protect her family and ensure Vaani’s speedy recovery with the new medication. Vedika expresses her uncertainty about who could have tampered with the machine and stands by Vandana, knowing she would never be careless. Kuldeep reminds them to focus on Bobby’s haldi ceremony tomorrow and mentions speaking to a specialist about Vaani’s treatment. Vandana signals Vedika, recalling her request to the doctor for memory-enhancing medication for Vaani.
