The Episode begins with Tara revealing, “I was waiting for you, feeling scared.” She then rushes to Vandana and embraces her. Kunal becomes upset as he watches this and eventually leaves. Vandana takes Tara with her while Kunal is deep in thought. Hemant remarks that everyone is the same, to which Vijay responds that it’s not fair to judge Kunal without understanding his anger and pain. Aaji expresses sympathy for Tara, but points out that even though Vandana likes children, she cannot have one. Vijay shares that Vaibhav is also angry because he believes that Vandana knew about this situation and deceived him. Mrunal adds that Vaibhav is hurt too as he confided in her about his troubled relationship with Vandana. Upon hearing this, Vijay asks why Mrunal was involved and Aaji suggests that it’s best not to intervene in their problems.
Mrunal states that I am already in between them, and soon Vandana will no longer be a part of our lives. Vedika expresses concern for Tara and Vandana goes to comfort her. Tara becomes upset and Vandana reassures her that Kunal will eventually come around. Tara asks if Kunal will love her like other fathers love their children. Sonia informs Inder that she has followed his instructions, asking him to marry her now. Inder agrees, acknowledging that there was no life with Kunal. Kunal reminisces about his relationship with Sonia through old photos and calls for Bobby to join him. He reflects on the effect of love on his life, stating that it feels like heaven when you have love but like hell when it betrays you. Vedika and Mrunal then brought Tara into their lives again after leaving her with Kunal for seven years. Inder confesses his deep love for Tara and the pain he felt when he had to leave her with Kunal due to circumstances beyond his control.
As Kunal says, I’ll get her a divorce, but I cannot accept Tara. She isn’t my daughter, I can’t believe them, she cannot stay here. Bobby hugs him and consoles him. Tara asks if Dad will love her. Vandana distracts her and asks her to eat. She shows the fruits and asks her to have them. Tara asks her to make pasta in 5 minutes. She says mum makes me eat pasta every day. Vedika feels bad. Vandana offers to make fruit pizza for you. She leaves. Inder says we need to make our own decisions.
Sonia expresses concern over Kunal’s reluctance to accept Tara, but assures that they will soon have her back with them. Despite Kunal’s reservations, Vandana offers Tara a fruit pizza and encourages her to eat it. As she receives a call from Vaibhav, Vandana prepares to leave but Tara desperately pleads for her to stay. However, Vedika reminds them that Tara’s family is waiting and encourages her to go. Fearful of being scolded by her father, Tara hesitates. But Vandana reassures her with some comforting words and even sings and dances to ease her worries. While Kunal watches on, Inder assures everyone that tara will eventually find a place in their hearts and that they will always take care of her. Sonia smiles in agreement while Inder hopes for Tara’s smooth adjustment so he can have the freedom he desires with Sonia, without having to worry about Tara’s responsibility.
