Bade Acche Lagte Hai 3 16th September 2025 Written Episode begins with Shreyas attempting to make dosas. Padma teases him, saying all the men in the house have caught Vinay’s cooking fever. Though Shreyas admits the dosas are burnt, Padma praises them as crispy and fit to eat. Shreyas then surprises everyone by revealing he has secured a job in London and will be leaving by Friday. Padma grows concerned, while Vinay asks if he will at least stay for Revati and Bhagyashree’s weddings. Shreyas explains that foreign jobs don’t allow much flexibility, so his decision is final.
Elsewhere, Purab catches Revati preparing pizza for Shreyas. Though he pretends disinterest, he sneaks a piece. Revati notices long hair on his shirt, and Purab playfully reveals it’s hers—placed there deliberately to tease her. The two share a lighthearted and romantic moment, briefly lifting the tension in the household.
Meanwhile, Rishabh is taken to Nysah’s house by Gautham. Dressed in a bridal outfit, Nysah pressures Rishabh to marry her. She threatens him with compromising photos and videos, warning that she will send them to Bhagyashree’s father, whose heart condition could worsen from the shock. Rishabh finds himself trapped in an impossible situation as Nysah’s blackmail intensifies.
Back home, Bhagyashree begins to notice Purab and Revati’s playful bond but is more shaken when Vinay receives shocking photos of Rishabh with Nysah. Convinced Rishabh is betraying Bhagyashree, Vinay grows anxious and accidentally drops his medicine. When Bhagyashree confronts him, Vinay shows her the pictures, leaving her stunned.
At the same time, Shreyas injures himself while trying to buy a saree for Bhagyashree. Both he and Padma then begin searching for Vinay, who has gone missing after the shocking revelations and rising panic.
As the episode builds to a dramatic climax, Nysah warns Rishabh that the compromising photos will be sent to Bhagyashree’s entire family. Determined not to give in, Rishabh tries to leave with Gautham. But Nysah strikes him viciously with a vase, knocking him unconscious. She then instructs the pandit to arrive quickly, heightening the suspense of her dangerous plan.
