Bade Acche Lagte Hai 3 28th August 2025 Written Episode begins with Rishabh and Bhagyashree heading to an important client meeting. On the way, Rishabh teases her about reading a romantic novel. Bhagyashree quickly retorts that it is actually a murder mystery. Their playful banter continues until Rishabh suddenly brakes the car, causing Bhagyashree to fall into his arms. To ease the tension, Rishabh plays Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on the radio, but Bhagyashree switches it off instantly. Still determined, he recites romantic lines, only for her to scold him for flirting. He insists the lines are part of their presentation.

Their drive takes an unexpected turn when the car breaks down. Bhagyashree suggests leaving it behind and hiring a cab, but Rishabh points out that the area is deserted and he needs her help. Irritated, she leaves and enters a nearby building to seek assistance. Inside, she asks a group of men to arrange transport to Jaipur. They agree, but with bad intentions. As one of them tries to trap her, Rishabh arrives just in time and warns them, claiming Bhagyashree is an undercover officer. Unaware of his bluff, Bhagyashree blurts out the truth, which angers the men further.

The men attack, injuring Rishabh’s hand with a knife and hitting his head with a bottle. Outnumbered, Rishabh struggles, but Bhagyashree bravely steps in. She uses pepper spray and shouts that her Rishabh is not alone. Picking up a rod, she fights fearlessly until the goons run away.

After the chaos, Bhagyashree tends to Rishabh’s wounds with her kerchief. Overwhelmed, Rishabh asks why she risked her life if she does not love him. He insists her eyes reveal the truth. Bhagyashree, holding back tears, claims it was only concern and insists their relationship is strictly professional, nothing beyond boss and employee. Later, the two repair the car together and share a lighthearted high-five.

Meanwhile, Nysah completes her meditation session and smugly demands soup from Ramesh, boasting about her calmness. However, her temper erupts when Ramesh hands her divorce papers sent by Rishabh. Enraged, she lashes out and burns his hand in anger.

At a hotel, Nikhil disguises his voice to get Rishabh’s room number from the receptionist. She refuses, but fate intervenes as Rishabh and Bhagyashree arrive just then. The receptionist mistakes them for a couple and announces their honeymoon suite is ready. Embarrassed, Bhagyashree corrects her, explaining they are only there for a meeting. The receptionist apologises and informs them the meeting has been postponed until the next day but offers them rooms for the night. Bhagyashree hesitates to stay, but Rishabh convinces her in the name of professionalism. Watching this, Nikhil smirks.
