The episode begins with Rishabh fearlessly telling Mia to shoot him if she wants. Bhagyashree repeats his words, ready to die with him. Instead of firing, Mia injects Rishabh with a paralysing drug, leaving him unconscious. Bhagyashree breaks down, but Mia drags Rishabh to her car, declaring she won’t let him go until she gets her money.
Helpless, Bhagyashree rushes to Revati’s aid and calls Naveen. With water, Revati slowly regains consciousness. Bhagyashree asks Naveen to take her home safely and borrows his car to chase Mia alone.
Meanwhile, Mia believes her plan is flawless. She thinks the drug has paralysed Rishabh permanently and plans to dump his body once he dies. Back home, Padma grows restless as she can’t reach either Bhagyashree or Rishabh. Vinay tries to calm her, while Shreyas offers hot water. Naveen brings Revati home, and the family feels relieved. Revati lies, saying Bhagyashree and Rishabh left for a meeting, hiding the truth.
On her way, Bhagyashree loses Rishabh’s location signal. She overhears a shopkeeper arguing with a girl and cleverly extracts information about Mia’s direction.
At Mia’s hideout, Rishabh’s condition worsens. His body temperature rises, and Mia cruelly pours cold water on him, lowering the room temperature to freezing point. She even damages the control system and locks him inside before leaving.
Bhagyashree finally finds the place and is horrified to see Rishabh shivering and unconscious. Mia briefly returns, locks them inside again, and leaves. With no signal and no way to adjust the temperature, Bhagyashree breaks down. Holding his face, she pleads, “You saved me from Vikram and Revati from Mia. I can’t lose you too. Please wake up!” Rishabh weakly opens his eyes before passing out again.
At home, Revati blames herself, but Vinay and Padma overhear. She and Naveen cover up quickly to protect the truth.
Inside the freezing room, Bhagyashree notices a faint radio signal and types a message, hoping it sends when the network returns. To keep Rishabh alive, she covers him with her saree and hugs him tightly to transfer body heat. Finally, doctors and police arrive, rescuing them.
Later, Bhagyashree wakes up in the hospital beside Rishabh. She receives a call from Asha inviting her to a birthday, but she refuses. Rishabh wakes up and confronts Bhagyashree, reminding her she claimed his presence didn’t matter but confessed otherwise when he was unconscious. Embarrassed, she tries to leave, but Rishabh corners her against the door, demanding the truth.
