The episode begins with Bhagyashree waking up Rishabh and reminding him about the wedding they need to attend. Rishabh is mesmerised seeing her without spectacles and calls her an angel. Bhagyashree gets teary-eyed because of her contact lenses, and Rishabh lovingly wipes her tears, assuring her he is always there to bring happiness into her life.
Meanwhile, Karthik feels the pressure of Purab’s threats. Sowmya tries to engage him by asking which saree looks better, but he remains distracted. Irritated, Sowmya accuses him of ignoring her and even compares him to Rishabh, saying Rishabh is a better husband and son. This angers Karthik, who asks her to stop.
Padma gifts Bhagyashree some gold jewellery and asks her to get ready. Rishabh jokingly asks how they carried so much gold. Padma laughs, saying she hid it in an atta dabba (flour container). Bhagyashree agrees she does the same, which sparks Rishabh’s curiosity. He heads to the kitchen, where he eventually discovers the hidden keys.
On the other hand, Sowmya pressures Karthik to get his father’s signature on some property papers. Distracted, Karthik ignores her, which frustrates her further. She threatens to complain to her sister. Karthik apologises, but Sowmya dismisses him.
Purab calls Karthik, angry that he didn’t answer earlier. Karthik lies that his phone was on silent. Purab tells him it’s too late since his man is already at the house. When the doorbell rings, Karthik panics, imagining Vinay being harmed. However, it turns out to be a stranger who came to the wrong address. Relieved yet shaken, Karthik promises Purab he will get the signature.
Back in the kitchen, Bhagyashree notices Rishabh and asks what he’s doing. He jokes about making a kitchen inventory but quickly realises she looks worried. Bhagyashree admits she has a bad feeling about the wedding. Rishabh comforts her, assuring everything will be fine.
As the family prepares, Vinay gives Rishabh his father’s traditional vesti and praises him. Meanwhile, Sowmya continues manipulating Karthik, suggesting Rishabh is replacing him in the family. Karthik hands Vinay documents disguised as bills, and Vinay unknowingly signs them.
At the wedding venue, Bhagyashree’s family arrives. Just as she’s about to step on the rangoli, Padma stops her, calling it inauspicious. Sowmya’s sister Ramya, who is also a doctor, arrives and accidentally ruins the rangoli while greeting Sowmya. Suddenly, Shreyas announces that the groom Shekhar is missing. Ramya recalls seeing Shekhar leaving with a man with long hair.
Suspicion falls on Rishabh, with Sowmya and Shreyas accusing him of helping Shekhar escape. Bhagyashree tries calling both Rishabh and Shekhar, but their phones are switched off. Meenakshi’s family panics and demands Rishabh’s home address, convinced Shekhar is hiding there.
In reality, Rishabh is with Shekhar, calmly trying to convince him not to run from the marriage and to face his responsibilities.
