Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3 8th August 2025 Written Episode begins with Bhagyashree calling Rishabh in panic after the accident, telling him she is at the city hospital with Naysa. Shocked, Rishabh leaves his important meeting midway, surprising Purab, who wonders how his once work-obsessed brother has changed.

At the hospital, Bhagyashree rushes Naysa inside. The receptionist asks her to complete the admission formalities and contact the patient’s family. While checking Naysa’s phone, she notices a contact saved as “Jaan” and decides to call it. Meanwhile, Naysa secretly bribes a nurse to lie about her condition and recalls how she had staged fake injuries before Bhagyashree arrived.

Elsewhere, Padma and her family attend a pooja. Padma misses Sowmya and calls her, but Sowmya refuses to return home. Later, she books an appointment with a gynecologist.

Back at the hospital, when the receptionist cannot connect with Naysa’s husband, Bhagyashree tries calling herself. Rishabh answers, but due to poor reception, he fails to hear her voice. Just then, Bhagyashree faints and is rushed to a room.

Rishabh arrives at the hospital and learns from a bribed doctor that “his wife” is battling for her life. Believing it to be Bhagyashree, he rushes to her room. Seeing her unconscious, he breaks down and finally confesses his love. He admits he never wanted to give their bond a name, yet his world starts and ends with her. He says her pain breaks his heart, and he cannot stay away from her.

Bhagyashree regains consciousness midway, overhearing his confession. She teases him gently, and he feels relieved she is fine. When she asks about the accident, she explains she was with Naysa and had called her emergency contact “Jaan.” She also compliments Rishabh’s look and learns that he quit his job. She reassures him she will handle financial matters. Meanwhile, Naysa fumes on discovering that Rishabh never visited her room.

Back home, Purab confronts Rishabh about his feelings for Bhagyashree. Rishabh defends her, saying she once sold her jewellery to pay for his father’s treatment. Later, Bhagyashree meets Naysa and requests a permanent job for her assistant. Naysa mocks her, saying love only exists between people of equal status. Bhagyashree, however, firmly defends Rishabh.

Outside, Bhagyashree sees Sowmya heading to a clinic for an abortion. Sowmya vents about Karthik selling their house and being unfit to raise a child. Bhagyashree pleads with her not to punish the baby for Karthik’s mistakes and promises that the family will support her. She urges her to come home first before making such a decision.

Meanwhile, Rishabh tells Purab that Naysa likely created misunderstandings between Bhagyashree and their father. A flashback shows Naysa resenting Rishabh’s closeness to his father and planting seeds of conflict.
