Nita instructed Bianca to change her attire as the episode commenced. As Akash joined in with his humour, she mentioned that Bianca, a former model with no current occupation, was brought in to assume the role of a nurse for Bhakti’s care. Akash suggested hiring an actual nurse, but Nita explained that they intentionally hired Bianca to fake Bhakti’s illness and administer fake medication. When Bianca arrived, Nita handed her a list of tasks and medicines to give to Bhakti, noting that it would render him weak and unable to move or speak. She then instructed Bianca to administer the injection.
Jagruti comes and asks who this girl is and what she’s doing here. Nita lies to her and says Jai has called her to take care of Bhakti. Jagruti tells her we don’t need a nurse; we’ll take care of Bhakti. Nita worries. She says Bianca is poor. She can earn some money and stay here. What’s your problem if she’s working? Aradhana would understand her situation. Jagruti stops Bianca and asks her to get to work.
Aradhana comes home. She gets a cake. She says I feel guilty, and I didn’t wish Jagruti well. Pooja says she went to see her friend, and your in-laws went out. Aradhana says I’ll make her favourite dish. Pooja asks if everything is fine. Aradhana recalls Jai’s words. She gets a saree and a note from the room.
She says Jagruti or Pooja might have kept this saree. Changing, Pooja said you were not meant to be with Jai; start a new life with Reyansh. You both belong together. She received a message and smiled. She went. Aradhana arrives. She sees the decorations and smiles. Reyansh gives her a gift, signs her, and asks what you’re doing.
I was invited to Jagruti’s birthday party by her. Pooja has gone to Vikram. He jokes. She says you kept this saree. He says yes. She says I’ll go and change, but he stops her. Humko tumse pyaar hai kitna…. He says you are so angry, but you become sweet sometimes. I’m your friend. Friends can give you a gift. I’ve got Chinese for you. Will you eat? She says no, I’m not hungry. She says it’s insulin time, and I will.
He says food is here. He thinks to hide the ring. The ring falls. He picks it up and keeps it. He says your favourite Chinese. He lights the candle. It’s their job to speak out about the neighbours. She gets a message. She checks the video. Reyansh thinks to propose to her. She goes. Reyansh gets Vikram’s call. Vikram asks, what happened? Reyansh said I would suggest it to her, but she got some messages and left.
When Aradhana gets a call, Reyansh answers. The phone falls. She says my phone got broken; I trusted you; leave. He says you’re mad. He says you trusted Jai, not me. She asks him to leave. Vikram and Pooja hear their argument and worry. Pooja says we’ll go there. Vikram says it’s Aradhana’s mistake. They argue. Reyansh says I’m not here to hurt you. I care about you. Aradhana cries and says Jai you have fooled me.
