The Episode begins with Aradhana conversing with Krishnan. Bhakti suggests getting to know him as he seems like a decent guy. Aradhana then joins her sisters, who advise her to lie to Krishnan about her aggressive boyfriend. She eventually discloses the truth to Krishnan about her crazed partner. Meanwhile, Reyansh is seen speeding towards Aradhana’s house, causing chaos on the way. Upon reaching, he starts yelling for her to come down. The nosy neighbors observe the commotion. Aradhana notices Reyansh and asks him what he wants. Harsh, her father, inquires about his identity and she explains that he is her boss. She goes to speak with Reyansh while he accuses her of fabricating a story and orders Harsh to control his daughter if he values their family’s reputation. He storms off in anger leaving Harsh to reprimand Aradhana for the situation.
Aradhana believes I cannot work with Reyansh due to his insulting my father. Vivek suggests preventing the story from being released to spare Kadambari’s feelings. Sunaina inquires about the culprit and requests for an investigation. Reyansh disregards Kadambari’s privacy and expresses desire to get rid of any troublesome employees in his company, causing Vivek to reassure him. Vikram arrives and reveals that Aradhana is not responsible for leaking the story, based on his sources. Despite this information, Aradhana stands firm in her decision to resign, unable to bear her father being disrespected. Sunaina advises her against making a hasty choice. However, Aradhana hands her resignation over to Reyansh while reprimanding him for his actions.
She calls him a coward and reminds him to keep his personal and professional lives separate. She points out that he struggles with controlling his emotions, which is not her problem but his own. She states that she doesn’t want to work with someone like that. Reyansh interrupts, saying he knows the truth now. She questions who he will blame now and he admits his mistake. However, she argues that even if he apologizes, her parents would not allow her to continue working with him. He offers a solution of apologizing in front of everyone for a promotion, but she declines with a firm “no thanks.” Disappointed, she walks away.
She informs me about my job loss and then something unexpected happened. While at a café, she spots Pooja with a guy and it’s none other than Vikram. In shock, she questions their relationship. She mentions that I was fired and you were aware of this man and had even sent me to the party where they met. Vikram is perplexed, saying “What?” Aradhana reveals that Reyansh was offering her compensation for losing her job. Pooja clarifies that she was only trying to assist Aradhana. Aradhana blames Reyansh for insulting her and suggests he needs therapy. Vikram retorts that she is no better. Seeing their argument escalate, Pooja advises Vikram to go home if he truly loves her. He confesses his love and takes Aradhana back with him. Upon arriving home, Reyansh is seen conversing with her family.
Reyansh apologizes for his earlier outburst as he informs Aradhana that the office car will be picking her up. Bhakti chimes in, complimenting Aradhana’s boss while Harsh speculates about a possible mistake on her part. Reyansh tries to appease them, urging Aradhana to join him. She reveals that she has quit her job and he responds by saying they will find a way to change her mind. However, Aradhana remains firm and questions if he even cares about her feelings. He admits to apologizing to her parents but she reminds him of their lack of communication. In an attempt to lighten the mood, he jokes about giving her a higher salary, but she playfully demands for a genuine smile instead. He hands her the promotion letter with a small grin, which she teasingly critiques before telling him she will reassess on Monday. As he departs, Reyansh chuckles at their playful banter.
In addition to impressing mum and dad, Shrishita says you are also melting for him. Aradhana says rubbish, I won’t be able to melt heart for him. Reyansh recalls Aradhana’s words and smiles. Aradhana thinks I don’t know how he impressed everyone. Driver sees Reyansh smiling and asks if he is okay. Reyansh says yes. A boy begs for money and asks Reyansh to smile. Reyansh asks driver if his smile isn’t good.
The driver complained about obstructed visibility while driving, causing the intern to apologize to Reyansh. He reassures her that it’s not an issue and puts on a forced smile. His colleagues inquire about his well-being, while Aradhana laughs. Reyansh instructs her to join him in his office with some files, where she playfully teases him. He assigns her a new task of covering the airport, to which she responds by saying she was already planning on going there and teasingly asking him to smile. She then mentions Harsh’s dental clinic advertisement and Reyansh advises her to learn from her father’s business tactics. She encourages him to try smiling more often and he excuses himself from the conversation. Vikram questions why he confided in Pooja about something.
Aradhana inquires about your issue. Sunaina suggests arranging something enjoyable for the staff. Reyansh notices Vikram and Aradhana’s presence. Vikram reveals that Pooja has stopped communicating with him. In response, she affirms being unaware of their situation. He requests for an explanation regarding her conversation with Pooja’s parents. She questions his true feelings for Pooja. Despite your dislike for me, please talk to her, he pleads while taking her away from the crowd. Meanwhile, Reyansh announces a bonus for everyone and Sunaina makes a playful remark. She then playfully points out Vikram’s worry over a girl, catching Reyansh’s attention.
Reyansh sees Aradhana on the screen. He argues with Vikram and asks who she is. Vikram says no way, I don’t want to scare her. Aradhana calls him. Vikram says she might have some work to do.
