In the episode, Arya is given a speech, and Kasturi thinks she will be punished. We’ve suffered a lot together; even my brother has been drawn into this. I feel ashamed. Bela has always stood by Ankush. Everyone has their own problems, and we’ll handle them. Arya sees Baba sleeping. Satya says if I come in power, I’ll do a lot for you. Everyone cheers. Satya says you kept me in jail; now you must pay for it.
Ankush advises to keep a distance from Arya. Satya inquires about Arya’s whereabouts. Kasturi ponders how to capture Arya’s attention and quickly comes up with a plan. The irresistible aroma of the laddoos draws Arya in for a look. However, she is intercepted by the host. Kasturi is informed of Arya’s presence and proudly proclaims her knowledge of everyone’s weaknesses. Expressing her gratitude to all the guests, Kasturi welcomes Aai, who has been a pillar of support for Satya. As Satya whistles in appreciation, Aai sits in shock. Maina asks about her reaction, and Aai replies that Kasturi rarely has anything good to say about her. Kasturi then extends an invitation for Aai to join them, prompting Maina to inform Aai that the hostess herself is calling her over.
Kasturi asks if anyone wants to participate in the race. Ankush asks Bela to come. Zai asks Bela to come. Ankush asks if you are participating in the race. Zai nods. Ankush says great, win it, best of luck. Bela asks Zai to shake hands with him and wish him good luck, or else she cannot win. Zai agrees. All the best, Zai. I miss you. Ankush kisses Zai and says you will win.
Zai and Bela leave while Aai cautions Kasturi. Arya expresses her desire to play the game, but Ankush impedes her. She insists she wants to play because Baba is sleeping, but the ladies are watching and remarking on Ankush’s actions. Soon after, Bela arrives at the scene and argues with him. Kasturi then sends Tanmay over to Arya. However, Tanmay informs her that she cannot play the game. This upsets Arya, and she uses fear tactics against him, claiming that she will win and he will lose if she plays. He reminds her that she needs her mother to play this game and asks if she has one present. As Arya becomes sad, Ankush questions Tanmay’s statement, and he clarifies that it is a rule. Zai agrees with Tanmay’s words and adds that they have seen how she snatches other people’s parents before asking where she will get hers from since her mother is no longer alive.
Arya sheds tears and sprints towards the playground, her thoughts consumed by memories of playing with Damini. Ankush notices her distress and offers to lift her spirits. She turns to him, wondering if her mother will return to celebrate Bappa with them next year. Kasturi chimes in, assuring Arya that she can emerge victorious even if Ankush wins. “Come with me,” Ankush urges, “I’ll show you how to win delicious laddoos.” Arya hesitates, voicing her concerns about playing without her Aai (mother). But Ankush reassures her he’ll be there for her and invites Arya to join him on the field. Jaanrao interrupts, inquiring about everyone’s well-being. “Wait a minute,” Ankush interjects, “Arya will also be participating in this race.” He puts his arm around Arya protectively and explains that he will be her parent or guardian for the event as it’s time for equality. The duo joins the race while Kasturi observes from afar, noticing Satya’s presence nearby.
