Kasturi approaches Zai and confesses that she, with the help of a doctor, has been lying to everyone in the family. She reveals that she knows the baby does not belong to Eklavya and asks who the real father is. Zai discloses her love for Eklavya, but Kasturi urges her to stop pretending. Kasturi insists on revealing the truth about the baby to everyone in the house. However, before she can do so, Zai interrupts and promises to tell the truth herself; she asks Kasturi for some time before doing so. Kasturi agrees to wait.
Kasturi takes Arya back to their house and informs Bela and Naina that the place where Arya was supposed to live has caught fire. She then discloses Zai’s betrayal to Arya and suggests that she can reconcile with Eklavya since the baby Zai carries is not his.
During a phone conversation, Zai and Satya decide that Kasturi must be eliminated to keep the truth hidden from others. After agreeing, Zai utilizes a voice changer app to contact Kasturi under the guise of Arya and urgently requests her presence at the Chowk, claiming that Arya is in danger. Kasturi complies.
Kasturi arrives at the Chowk and immediately calls Arya to inquire about her whereabouts. She explained that she came as requested. Arya promptly urges her to leave the area after realizing someone misled Kasturi using a voice changer app. Kasturi complies and departs when Zai accidentally hits her with a car.
The following day, the Rajyavarkar family mourns Kasturi’s untimely passing. Arya pays a visit to their house, where she discovers that Kasturi had encountered her after the accident and inquired about her killer. Kasturi reveals that it was Zai.
Zai holds Arya responsible for Kasturi’s demise and criticizes her. She then demands that Arya depart from this place. However, Arya insists on staying until Kasturi’s last rites are done. Determined to seek justice for Kasturi, she later sees Zai leaving the house at night and decides to follow her to the hospital. There, Zai meets with Satya and confirms everything is going smoothly as planned.
While Zai and Satya were nearby, a noise caught their attention. Without hesitation, Zai swiftly covered Satya’s face with a shawl and led him away from the area. Upon witnessing this, Arya wondered about the person hidden beneath the shawl. Eklavya received a call the following day and headed to his usual job. Later on, Eklavya made an appearance at the hospital. It was then revealed that Arya had disguised herself as a nurse to discover who Zai had met at the hospital.
Eklavya enters Satya’s room, accompanied by the doctor and Arya. The doctor grimly reveals that Satya is fully paralyzed. With a jolt, Arya realizes that Satya is pretending to be immobile.
Eklavya informs Zai and their companions that Satya has been left paralyzed from the incident and is being transported to the police medical center. However, Zai expresses her disapproval and insists that he should be brought to their house instead, threatening not to eat if he doesn’t. Bela observes this exchange and requests Eklavya to bring Satya to their home. Ankush objects initially but ultimately agrees upon considering Zai’s plea. Finally, Satya arrives at Rajyavarkar’s residence.
