As the Episode begins, Sakshi’s harsh words are directed towards Mannat. “I would rather die than be rescued by you,” she states firmly. Gita quickly defends herself but is interrupted when Mannat intervenes. Despite her pleas, Gita goes to get Ranvijay. He appears pleased with the situation, and Rani arrives to offer congratulations. Eventually, Mannat and her family return home.
Ranvijay proclaims that he will prepare today’s special lunch since everyone arrived late. He inquires if Mannat feels alright, to which she responds with “Nothing.” Gita offers to explain, but Mannat begs her not to. Despite this, Gita reveals that Sakshi has done something wrong. However, Mannat tries to hide it from Ranvijay. He insists on hearing what happened and proudly states that the whole town knows his daughters are more capable and resilient than Sakshi’s worthless sons. Just then, CM contacts Ranvijay, and Rani notices Mannat’s presence.
As Gita and Mannat chitchat, Dadu attends to Dev’s injuries. Dev cautions him to be cautious. With a playful tone, Dadu quips that there is no wound on Dev’s foot. Jaideep observes the exchange. Dadu playfully inquires if Dev came barefoot, urging him to tell the truth. Jaideep interjects, suggesting they not waste time with Dev. Dadu then questions why Jaideep made Dev go barefoot in the first place.
Dev gives his approval; go ahead and ask him. Dadu accuses them of trying to deceive him and tells them to end their charade. Sakshi ponders over a solution for the animosity between them, especially since her son is being called a failure this year. Dev tries to reassure her by stating that he will emerge victorious next year. Dadu believes Jaideep has passed on his hatred towards his son as an inheritance and leaves. Sakshi questions Dev about whether or not the accusation genuinely hurts him. Dev replies in the negative, and soon enough, their sister joins in on the conversation by commending him for slapping Mannat. Another sister points out how Mannat saved him from the fire. Sakshi voices her suspicion regarding Mannat’s character because she is Ranvijay’s daughter, and Ranvijay is known for his deceitful nature, making it likely that his daughter shares similar traits.
Upon hearing this, Jeet grows concerned. They accompany Jaideep’s father and Ranvijay’s mother and offer prayers at the temple. “I hope the long-standing hostility between our families can finally come to an end,” she utters. He then inquires, “Do you think our prayers will be answered in this lifetime?” She replies, “You should have joined us for the race.” But he responds, “My friend would not want to witness any more animosity between us.”
Mannat checks the caller ID and gestures for her sister to remain where she is. She answers the call and speaks to Jeet, who apologizes for his mother’s actions. She reassures him that it’s alright. He reminds her about their pending kiss, but she declines, stating that it will have to wait until they are married. He playfully asks if he can request anything else, to which she tells him to stop before their friend Falak catches them. He expresses his desire to see her and suggests meeting on the balcony. She advises him to stay home and not come over. However, he pleads again, and she agrees that he must come to the temple.
Mannat and her sisters arrive at the temple, where she offers a wish and drops a coin. As they turn to leave, they notice Dev standing behind them, engaged in an argument. Swami observes from a distance while Ranvijay reassures Rani not to worry about their daughters. Rani suggests preparing them for their future role as good bahus. Gita points out that Mannat is still studying, causing Aai to reveal her disapproval of Rudra, Rani’s son. However, Ranvijay reveals they have also considered marriage between Rudra and Mannat. Before they can confirm a date, Jeet arrives and reprimands Dev for his actions.
Falak inquires about the commotion, as Sakshi slapped Mannat yesterday, and Dev seems to be causing her trouble today. Jeet approaches Dev and requests him to return the coin, but he refuses, claiming it as their fountain. Mannat questions his anger over losing a race. Dev walks away, and Jeet promises to speak with him on Mannat’s behalf. However, she adamantly tells him not to apologize for Dev’s actions.
Dev accidentally breaks a water tap, and Jeet immediately calls him to stop. Shortly after, Ranvijay and Swami arrive on the scene. However, instead of addressing Dev’s mistake, Ranvijay directs his anger towards Jeet. Despite Jeet apologizing and explaining that Dev had accidentally opened the lever, Ranvijay sternly tells everyone to stop. This leads to an argument between Dev and Ranvijay, which, unfortunately, results in Ranvijay slipping and falling into the nearby mud. Frustratedly, he scolds Dev and Jeet before Dev impulsively throws a coin.
